i figured it was something like that. its a shame :(

Yeah but I don't know why people make it out to be a real problem, I mean is not like they play 24 hours a day that games need to be installed instantly, you could just install the games while you do something else like watch TV, do homework or clean around.

Hello, I was trying to update my ironhax to 2.5 and I replaced everything with the new starter kit and tried opening ironhax but it kept crashing to the home menu. I tried replacing my files with the old starter kit and boot.3dsx and it still crashes to the home menu. How can I get back into Ironhax ? Thanks

HI Guys:

Ive been out of the scene for a while and Im unsure which way to go. I have a O3DS that is currently on OFW 8.X. I have a Gateway. I also have OOT that works with the Gateway exploit for N3DS. Which way should I go to get the Gateway working? Thanks

You have a few options.

1. Use the web browser to launch Gateway.

2. Downgrade your 3DS to 4.X and use the MSET exploit to launch Gateway (this will make any saves that use the 6.X save encryption unusable).

3. Switch from Gateway to CFW, update to 9.2 and use Themehax to coldboot CFW.

Depending on what exactly you're trying to do, it's going to be a different process.

Might as well just buy a regular DSTWO, for 3DS games Sky3ds is the only option for you.

Well that stinks... does it only work on 9.2 and below? Because if that's the case it doesn't seem very useful because 9.2 and below has CFW for 3DS, GBA, and SNES and DS could be done with the original DSTwo.

Cool thanks. Another question perhaps you might know, back then N3DS were unable to update Emunand. Has that changed since?

Hello All, I just purchased an Supercard DSTWO+ for use with my New 3DS XL (running Ver. 10.3.0-28) and it is failing to boot successfully. Everytime I click the icon for it, I get "an error has occurred..." and I have to manually restart it (here is a gif). I have tested the card on two other systems, it works flawlessly on my 2DS and my (classic) 3DS, but both of those are running earlier versions (9.5.X). I also tested it on my old school, launch-day DS Phat and it worked just fine. So the culprit here must be the New 3DS, and I think it's more of a contact issue than a software thing. I say that because according to this page, I should be able to use it with my New 3DS. Do you guys have any suggestions for what I should try to get this working? I have already tried blowing compressed air into the socket and cleaning the pads but neither helped :(

Also, I'm running the DSTWO_PLUS_v1.14_eng firmware on my flashcart and I'm using a 4GB Toshiba SDHC, formatted with FAT32 (using Mac's Disk Utility).

Thanks in advance!

Just read that seems pretty scary man. almost like the old psp days.
brick central. any easier way? Like perhaps updating from cartridge?
lol that is how you install rxtools and the update described there works i and many many others will tell you from experience
but you can do it by cart if you find smash bros revision 2 if you really want
but you will then need to follow that guide to install rxtools anyway so just read up but . . . if you are truly that afraid of a brick then perhaps you should consider buying a sky3ds
