...I also voted for Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, coz it's different enough, and Forza 6 as I'm a racing game nut and it's (mostly) a return to form for FM. Neither would get my personal GOTY, but they're probably 5th and 6th after the big 4 above..

But Undertale?! Sorry lads but yes I've got it, and just what is the big deal here? Emperor's New Clothes anyone? Yeah it's a fun game, but 'OMFG GOTY' no it friggin ain't..... And The Witcher 3?! Fuks sake people, I didn't get more than halfway through, couldn't stand how morbid the whole thing is... great game to play if you feel like topping yourself and need a push to send you over the edge...

This year in general was pretty shit for games. MGSV (imo) was a pile of shit for a big MGS fan like me, Fallout 4 is just pretty average, and not much else was very noteworthy. My vote goes to Super Mario Maker because it was one of the only games I actually had fun playing that came out this year.

Bloodborne is hard, but I recognize it. I might take a break after getting frustrated but I understand it's craft and I love it.

Fallout 4 is stripped down but it has a enhanced visuals, and alternative's elements to upbring it's shortcomings.

MGSV has the body Cheetah but lack the speed of a cheetah. MGSV gives me a welcome home but it's similar to the Fallout 4 case somewhat but its excellent

What about The Witcher 3?

Voted for Steins;Gate, as it's literally the only one on the list I've played, if we exclude the demos.

Too bad there's no Corpse Party Blood Drive though.

The fact that splatoon is one of the leaders really exemplifies the bias on this site, lol.

I guess it's not technically bias, just moreso a whole lot more kids.

OP states this is the first GOTY 2015. Can't there only be one GOTY 2015? Next will be GOTY 2016

. Witcher 3 has my vote. I was about to re-up my WoW subscription after about 6 years of longing, and Witcher 3 filled that itch and then some. Plenty of other great games of course, but the details in Witcher 3 take the cake over anything else I've seen this year.
