ROM Hack Pokemon Alpha Sapphire Music Hacking so far!

Hey Everyone! I have been working on a project of hacking and injecting music into pokemon Alpha sapphire/Omega Ruby! And so far I have changed wild pokemon music and sounds of battle. If you want to try and mess around with it you need

*A BCSTM to WAV coverter.
*Your romfs
*A 3ds with hax 2.5 and hans 2.0
*some tea and honey
*Link to Pack hack http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/thr...acks-on-10-2-with-hans.1397737/#post-11298707 (Or you can use anything to extract the romfs and exefs this is just easiest for me)

Does anybody know what the name of the file for the wild encounter music in Omega Ruby located in the romfs sound folder would be?

You can easily find it yourself using EveryFileExplorer, just observe the filenames where it would be most logical for it to be.

I've gone through and listened to every file in the sound folder but the wild encounter theme is not in it. Is it located inside of a file in the "a" folder?
"EDIT": WOW i'm an idiot. I listened to the song every time I went through the list, and it never registered that it was the one I needed.

Would the bcstm I use to replace the current one need to be the same size? I've made a few different ones to change with the originals but they all sound distorted. Mind you, they're all bigger than the ones already there.

They don't need to be the same size at all. As long as they aren't HUGE you'll be fine.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the kHz of the file.

Yup, that was it. Just had to do a little tinkering with it here and there and now they play fine.
