I believe it's real, but I can't tell for certain. But I'm 90% sure.

You should check this out http://caggames.weebly.com/how-to-spot-a-fake-pokemon-gba-game.html because it has some things that only you can check(like the label things).

But as I said, I'm 90% sure you have a real cart
Well, this pictures aren't mine. i'm about to buy this cart but i want to be sure that is real, so far i can see that is AGB-002 so i think that it's real, but i want your opinions too

How much is it? If it's not too expensive, I'd say go for it because it looks pretty legit, but I can't be 100% sure. That being said, I don't think anyone can be 100% sure unless they have it in their hands, or having someone willing to take more pictures of the cart

Who cares if it works it works.
Fakes die way more often, also a collector cares.

Yeah I'd say go for it. I think it's real, and it seems cheap enough to be worth it. Good luck

I've had plenty of real GBA games, that would die so often in which cases I had to blow at the game for it to work and only rarely did it do so after blowing so much
I'm happy for you. But that doesn't mean people should willingly buy fakes.

that's definitely real, not sure it's such a good deal though ruby is among the cheapest of pokemon games ever, and a broken ds i don't know the value of but probably not a lot.
i'd consider waiting for a better bargain.

Hello fellow Chilean.
If you live (or have someone that can send you stuff from) in Santiago you can go to the "euro" and look on the 2nd floor, there is a store there that have pokemon carts and I can assure you are original. they even have some of them in spanish, I don't know the prices though. "paseo las palmas" on metro "los leones" is also a good place to find retro stuff, but the prices are over the clouds there.

The price of the deal is very cheap and as far as I see that cart is legit.

@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.

Man, that's beyond my brain  I'm no good with hardware for now. I'd like to get into hardmods in future though

@Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.

Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Sounds good. I actually did soldering but like 16 years ago for school so uuuuh probably rusty haha
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Same here. I did soldering at school from a teacher who I honestly liked since he had plenty of good electronics experience.
