Homebrew Need Advice with a 4K Build for Dolphin

Hello GBATemp Members,
I was seeking advice regarding a build for a computer that would support running Ishiiruka-Dolphin at a 4k resolution without any lag, 60 fps. An example of what I want is . The video itself was downscaled to 1080p, but the smoothness is what I want. What I have come up so far is this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xRQqt6
I have no experience selecting parts for a PC, but this seemed to be pretty good. It was based off another video that I watched. I would like to keep this build as cheap as possible, so any suggestions for a lower price or a better selection for the same price would be greatly appreciated. The monitor that I chose seemed quite expensive, but I do not know the difference between the difference price ranges.

Well Dolphin is only a Dual Core program so you might actually want to get a CPU with better single core performance. Something like an core i3-4130 will give you better performance with Dolphin than a 6 core FX-6350. Also Dolphin is a CPU intensive emulator so a graphics card doesn't need to be high end.
Look at this Dolphin Benchmark that was created to compare performance of Dolphin against an actual Wii.
An i3-4130 is one of the top CPUs. The FX-6350's single core performance is around 1,484 on Passmark, whereas an i3-4130 is around 1,972. If you want to spend a little bit more an get an i3-4170 you can get 2,137 Passmark score. For comparison the 8 core FX-8350 has a single core performance of 1,506 and runs 2 minutes and 20 seconds slower on the benchmark test than the i3-4130.

If you get an i3-4130 and a GTX 750 Ti you should be able to run a fair amount of games in Dolphin at 60 FPS.

Dolphin also runs faster on an Intel CPU, too.

So would I even need a graphics card if I got the i3-4130? If I do need a graphics card, which one should I get.

The GTX 750 Ti would be more than plenty for Dolphin. Also I just found this computer for $280. It has a built in i3-4170 and you wouldn't have to worry about putting everything together. It has room for a graphics card as well. The GTX 750 Ti is probably the best bang for your buck right now, plus it'll support directX 12 when that comes out.

I'd still get a graphics card but you may or may not need it. When I talked to people about getting a GTX 750 Ti with my current CPU, a Phenom II X4 840, they recommended me actually buy a better CPU for Dolphin. Currently with the Phenom II X4 840 + the 750 TI, I cannot run a lot of games at full speed. However there seems to be no difference in performance between resolutions due to my graphics card being so good. So performance is highly dependent on CPU for Dolphin.

I heavily recommend a Skylake i3 for improved performance, and although it will force you to buy DDR4 ram, the prices are getting reasonably cheap now. Higher clocked RAM will help with those textures.

Also, the GTX 950 is an improved version of the GTX 750 and occasionally goes for a very good price, as low as $110 I've seen, but only with rebates. I know the GTX 750 goes for as low as $90 new, but I think a newer GPU would just be better in the long run. The improved performance will let you run higher levels of AA and more complex post-processed effects like SSAO, DOF, bloom, etc.

Not sure, but it seems that the price of this computer has changed. Thanks to everyone who has replied so far. The only thing that I am hoping for is someone to recommend a 4k monitor that is inexpensive, but is still high quality.
