If you have not tested the latest revision on new 3DS, please try.
Copy rxTools directory and save decrypted NATIVE_FIRM of 9.5 as "rxTools/data/0004013820000002orig.bin".

Or that other guys 10-27-2015 build. That's what I'm running and 90 percent boot rate on CTRbootmanager with themehax.

I've fixed new 3DS support in cbec77e7c67d66cddb449d80de28be21046227e7, so please tell me whether it works or not.
It is available here. Copy rxTools directory and save decrypted NATIVE_FIRM of 9.5 as "rxTools/data/0004013820000002orig.bin".

Can anyone please add "dbs/import.db" -> "Inject to Emunand"

It would be a fast and easy way to remove the update nag from emunand.

LOL. I didn't know. Heard October 27 works but I don;t hold exploitable N3DS to test. Other builds seems like not working.

cbec77e is not working for my o3ds FW4.5.
i launch on mset loading bar than shows the INSTALLATION FAILED screen.
and than shows the Failed to load NATIVE_FIRM: 4 screen.
Copy firmware.bin to rxTools/sys.
The md5 should be: a9dcd99a360e8629810f8ed08403d74

@173210 @AlbertoSONIC I've noticed something amusing for the ARM11 sections of the FIRM.
I did still remember that i used a pre-patched binary for the NATIVE_FIRM, trying to achieve the patching of region free, however it failed.
Roxas75 told me that it should be applied at a specified timing.
Checked the SAFE_MODE editon of NATIVE_FIRM and NATIVE_FIRM itself, all decrypted contents:
Ctrtool shows The normal NATIVE_FIRM's entry point of ARM11 isn't in its own section! but in the SAFE_MODE one..
I don't know if it still patch memory at a timing now, nor if the console really load the SAFE_MODE one from EmuNand and then the original one from EmuNand.

Hey! I followed this guide to hack my 3DS. However, I'm having an issue with it not booting consistently. It would crash maybe 8/10 times upon startup, forcing me to hold the power button for 10 seconds and try again. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
My sysnand and emunand are linked, and I am not using any themes. My emunand is updated to the latest firmware on my o3DS, and the sysnand is at 9.2.0-20U.

If you need any more info, let me know and I will provide. My friend suggested updating the CTRBootManager, though I don't know what I would change to it. I set the timeout to 0 so it boots into RxTools unless I hold the R button.

Does the crash happen on booting HBL or booting rxTools?

If it's freezing at snow screen, it's HBL.

If it's snow screen -> something like a program starting -> black screen, it's rxTools.

Both of those happen, but mostly after the program starting (blue bottom screen then red then black then crash)
The snow screen happens not very often.

Then the main problem is rxTools crash.
Upgrade CtrBootManager to 0.7 and change the autobootfix value to a larger one (default is 150).

Okay, thanks for the fix. Would you be able to tell me how to go about updating CtrBootManager?
