Hacking What can i do to start homebrew Launcher ?

At the moment I would like to receive the RXTools CFW benefits related to themenhax.
The main problem is that i need do start the homebrew launcher, but i don´t know what i can do.
I try everything.

Facts:
3DS: 3DS XL ( European )
FW: 9.2.0.8E ( updated from 4.5 with Gardening Mama: Forest Friends )
NAND MOD
RxTools with Spider Exploit

First i try it with the browserhax, but give it up after 4 hours.

What i have done:

1. Use a fresh format SD Card ( I use SD Formater 4.0 with Fat32 )
2. Delete all Settings
3. Copy the unzip homebrew starter kit on the SD Card
4. Change the theme back do default
5. Open the Camera with no wifi Connection and scan the QR Code
6. The Browser open after the Error i push the Home Button to return to the menu
7. Turn on the Wifi and open the Browser again
8. Wait 20 sek that the website could load
9. Use the X Button to zoom in and the Circle Pad to navigate to the slider in the left corner
10. Push the slider on the right side and also after some tries on the left side
11. And then this come this massage " error has occured and that you need to restart the system"

I also have OOT, but without the homebrew launcher i can´t install the savegame.

Now i want to downgrade to 4.5 again and try something elese with MSET.

Have anyone another idea what i could do ?

Don't downgrade, you'll be just loosing time.

Do you have rxTools and emunand already? If not, folllow this guide and set it up through the web browser: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-installing-rxtools-custom-firmware-3ds-and-2ds.390867/

Once you have rxTools + emunand, launch it through the web browser, install a Cubic Ninja rom in emunand and use that to launch the hombrew meny, then you can set up Themehax.

Thank you for your answer, know i have only one question.

Witch Payload i need for OotHax 9.2.0.8E ?
I need to use the Offline Installer, because my EmuNand is on 10.2

I never used OOT in the past so I can't really tell you.

However, you can:

1) Install Cubic Ninja in emunand.
2) Set up hax 2.5
3) Use Themehax offline installer since you can't install Themehax normally with hax 2.5
4) Set up ctrbootmanager.

Or wait for the official Themehax update, it shouldn't take more than a couple of days.

if all you want is to coldboot your rxtools, just install themehax using .cia (it's somewhere in this forum) run the installed app with 3ds connected to internet and with themehax installer on sd sd card. if you want to use hbl, just run it from cn installed on your emunand.
