Which config did you use? When I tried it, I was greeted with a black screen.
Same, but using the japanese header of the game over the US version fixed it :)

I used the Pokémon snap config

Shame, frambuffer emulation is working fine :(

Again, Nintendo's emulators are rarely, if ever, 100% accurate, cutting a lot of corners it seems -_-
That sure is annoying lol. I mean, the game is near flawless.

the game has issues with textures and sadly setting VRU = 1 does not emulate
oh by the way, Pokémon Stadium works flawlessly :)

(W) works (I) issues (DW) doesnt work
E pal version,U ntsc version and J jap version

n64 Blank ini testing unless stated otherwise

(I)  007 world is not enough U/E- game Runs OK but has no sound and  also you cant see the weapons your holding only on some cases.
(I)  64 de Hakken!! Tamagotchi Minna de Tamagotchi World J- Game boots and sounds okay but is missing some textures not tested further since jap only game.
(DW) 1080 snowbording E/JU- black screen on boot.
(DW) Aerofighters assault E/J/U. black screen on boot.
(W)  Aerogauge E- works perfectly with ini file to fix sound, U version freezes after qualification J version untested.
(DW) Armorines Project swarm E/U -Blackscreen on boot
(DW) Army men air combat U-freezes wiiu on boot
(DW) Army men sarges Heroes E/U-freezes console on boot.
(W)  Army men sarge's heroes 2 U- seems to work perfect.
(DW) Banjo Tooie E/U/S- freezes wiiu on boot.
(I)  Body harvest E/U- Game works fine but at 2 FPS at best.
(W)  Castlevania E/U/J- ini needed minor gfx glitches
(W)  Castlevania Legacy of Darkness E/U/J- ini file needed minor gfx glitches
(W)  Chameleon twist U- works perfectly, E/J untested.
(DW) Chameleon twist 2 E/U- E shows severe grphical glitches and then crashes wiiu before main menu, U shows nothing and crashes efore main menu after the same sound.
(DW) Conker bad fur day E/U- Black screen on boot.
(I)  Doom 64 E/U- you can hear sound but no image.
(I)  Duke Nuken zero hour E/U- Game boots fine but freezes wiiu when starting levels
(I)  Duke nuken 64 E/U Freezes wiiu as soon as you spawn in the map.
(DW) Earthworm Jim 3D E/U- freezes wiiu on boot.
(W)  Gex 3 Deep undercover E/U- works almost perfectly but gex model sometimes is glitchy and you cant see it otherwise perfect.
(W)  Gex 64(enter the gecko) E/U- Works almost perfectly with some minor gfx glicthes.
(DW) Glover E/U- Doesnt start.
(I)  Hey you pikachu! U- Some graphical glicthes, no sound and microphone not emulated so its not playable.
(DW) Indiana jones and the infernal machine U- Freezes iiu on boot.
(I)  Jet force gemini E/U- Missing graphics sounds plays bu you cant see anything.
(DW) John romeros Daikatana E/U- doesnt boot.
(W)  Mario Party  U- tiny gfx glitch when entering borads thats it.
(W)  Mario Party 2  U- Some small not appearing graphical glitches on some mingames but works fine.
(DW) Mario Party 3  U/E- doesnt start.
(I)  Megaman 64 U- Some graphical glitches when you move pop on screen.
(I)  Mickey's speedway USA  U/E- only sound shows up missing graphics.
(DW) Mission impossible U/E- freezes wiiu on boot.
(DW) Nightmare Creatures U- Freezes wiiu on boot.
(W)  PapperBoy U-minor graphical glitches
(W)  Pokemon snap J- j works with ini made by nintendo red dot does not appear to show pokemon is centered tough besides the first 3 tutorial pokemons, U blacreens after n64 logo and E freezes wiiu on start.
(W)  Pokemon Stadium J/U- seems to work perfect
(W)  Pokemon stadium 2 U- very tiny gfx glitch around pokemon hp boxes and acessing minigames freezes, needs usetimer=1 to boot.
(I)  Quake 64  U/E- U-screen randomly gets stuck needs moving to unstuck.E screen doesnt get stuck but frooze when i fell into the water.
(I)  Quake II U/E- only sound no picture.
(I)  Rayman 2 the great escape U- No picture only sound and then freeze.
(DW) Space station silicon valley E/U- doesnt boot.
(DW) Star wars rogue squadron U  freezes wiiu on boot.
(I)  Star wars shadows of the empire E/U- 3d models dont show up.
(DW) Star wars episode I-battle for naboo U- Freezes on boot.

np idea why my list is full of coloes lol i dont know how to use it i guess lol.

Perfect Dark: Works with Japanese header, a bit laggy though
Pokémon Stadium: Works
Pokémon Puzzle challenge: Graphic Issues, but playable
Pokémon Snap: Works with Japanese ROM header
Resident Evil 2: Crash the console
Super Mario 64: Works
Yoshi's Story: Works with Japanese ROM header

I may do more Blank .ini tests though.
I tested a bit more, but your list is more or less the same as mine.

Hardly, we only got so far and hit a dead end with the header-swapping technique, no progress has been made sense. :sad:
the header swap also does give me results for n64.

Perfect dark, pokémon snap, yoshi's story and possibly a lot more were working after the JAP header swap.

Something I didn't try yet is different games header swap, which worked for you on snes as far as I remember.

Not really, only for like, what, two maybe three games at most, Donkey Kong Country and Super Metroid did not increase in compatibility. For N64 perhaps, but Snes, that's a no go for header swapping, a dead end street, you'd be lucky to get one or two games, Sumersett posted his results a while back and had to give up because we weren't getting anywhere. Top that off with the fact no one will test Snes again.

It was a farce.

When you say you used a Japanese header, do you mean you edited the ROM with a hex editor? If so, which bytes did you change, and to what?

Don't worry m8 they all seem the same as a base file, I have Paper Mario, SM64 & DK64 all do the same I even bought the other 2 thinking it was PM at fault!. I can only get Banjo Kazooie working so far don't really know how @VinsCool is doing it tbh? I have tried with the correct config files, copy & pasted also tested with a blank file still the same results on all the games for me, most wont even load and some you just get a title and it freezes!:(
