Why does it need to be? No existing 3DS games are bigger than 4GB. Just format your cards to FAT32, I'm using a 64GB in my 3DS.
actually a kinda interesting question as afaik the DSTwo doesnt support exfat....so while they are cloning gateway, with it being a 2 in 1 card unless they add support to the normal DSTwo side of things it would rule out exfat support without having to swap SD cards
but as has been pointed out no games go over the 4gb limit of fat32, and even if they do gateway supports split roms

Funny lol yeah i was one of the infamous fix your sc cf adapters for a small fee since my uncle fixed mine at a rework station in a local electronics company. Too bad i got banned for it on the old sc forum since my once dead adapter still works to this day thanks to that rework. Funny thing is all he did was reflow all the solder joints lol. I did have to use that firmware recovery home brew app after that since the bad solder joints caused an incomplete firmware update flash thereby bricking my sc cf adapter. After everything was done, the adapter just worked. Lol it was great! Lol i remember my uncle complaining that after the rework was finished, things still didn't work and that gave me the idea to use that tool to recover the firmware and it worked like a charm.

Reading all these posts god some of you guys are completely stupid. If its a gateway clone using gateway launcher and gateway rom menu then why the fuck would you think it would work on newer firmwares?! Come on guys think why would you buy this? If you want up to date support and emunand then buy a gateway not this. Gateway will block this and might even brick your really nice N3ds with no way to unlock it. Good luck to the idiots your going to need it

Your missing the point. I was waiting for this card to come out with a lot of promise of real-time cheats and loads of features that no one has seen yet in a 3ds flashcard. What we got is another gateway clone again and really there a lot of other choices in the ds flashcard department that are under 20usd and does everything you need it to do. Nintendo doesnt block ds flashcards anymore so really what would get you to buy this? I really need to emphasize the bricking risk here I learned the hard way with r4i deluxe I wont make that mistake ever again. Really a let down I dont think we will ever see a real competitor to gateway which really sucks. Competition is a good thing 2 companies fighting for new and exciting features to keep there flashcard at the top of the food chain. I dont think we will ever see this happen on the 3ds and dont bring CFW into this because that is completely different situation.

Nope none of those points were in your post. The only thing you brought up was that it was a GW clone. No way to confirm until its released. Either way, I got money to blow. Nothing wrong with testing out another supposedly 3ds capable card, got rid of the sky3ds to a family member, kept my GW, got a n3ds. Whats next?

If you already have a Gateway, why would you want it? Although if you are willing to spend money on nothing it can be good for the rest of us assuming you're willing to thoroughly test it out and write a review
It had always pique my interest when people were always saying how great it was. So, if its something new, and has the capabilities of improving, aka firmware updates, heck why not. People cheaping out with QQ3ds, over the top fanboys of sky3ds, and the regional "I want my shit for free, fuck GW for charging for something that should be free". I'm gonna do me and see how its like.
