If you never go online then you'll never get banned. It also won't matter because you're self banning yourself.

You're taking a chance whenever you use a used game for its header.
There's a possibility it was ripped before.

I see you were using the rom as .3DZ.
Did you patch the rom with your private header, or did you inject the header into the template file? - Sky3ds ignores the rom & refers to the Template for the header. So if you were just using a patched rom, you've been using a public header.
If you did patch the template file, were you cheating at all in Pokemon(s)?
I ve patched template and rom , and yes i pokegen some of my pokemons but don't trade it. Even if i try to trade it was saying "there are some pkmn in your party that cannot be traded."
I believe if you attempted to or go online at all with hacked pokemanz, you risk getting banned.
Bans range from 2 weeks - 1 month on average.
They'll likely tell you to stop using third party hardware / software.
Someone has already called them about their ban before, they were told once they stop using third party hardware, they'd be unbanned eventually.
It really shouldn't matter as long as the cart was not pirated,; Nintendo is just acting like a bunch of babies. Why shouldn't I be allowed to run my own code on it; I bought it. It belongs to me. Well, whatever. I mean, if they catch a public header, that's different, I don't pirate my games. But I got banned simply for owning a GW. I called them and I kept calling until they lifted my ban. Aprox. 32 calls. ( Not lying. ). Nintendo just needs to face the facts that there are people who want to experiment with the system; it belongs to them, they can do whatever they want.
Just browsing. Everyone has their reasons. I cheated to slowly, but surly restore my corrupted save ( It was not from hacking. ) and I wanted my save back. But be nice to people. He probably had his reasons.

How would I get a private header...? I'm sure it's from a new game that's unripped or unused. But, if it will delete my save/rom, I don't want to play online.Yup. Obviously the public header's fault. Oh well, not a big issue. You'll be back in the game in no time. Just be sure to grab yourself a private header.

It won't delete save or rom. You're just injecting a header. You can get your private header from a cartridge or buy it from someone online.
Lol. I'm surly not buying one from someone. That kind of stuff has to be illegal. But, if I found one of my old games lying around, I could use it's header...?

I could claw back 14tb by only doing 2 parity disks but I feel like with 13 disks in the RAID I'd be kind of pushing my luck on rebuild time if I encounter a disk failure
