For some reason smea's spacecraft game wont show up in my homebrew menu. I'm pretty sure i just have to rename the folder to something, but I don't know what I'd rename it to. Anybody know the solution to this?

All of the Homebrew Launcher apps .3dsx files must have the same name as the folder their into or they should be named boot.3dsx.

Examples
Correct:
SD:3ds/Blargsnes/Blargsnes.3dsx
SD:3ds/Portal3ds/Portal3ds.3dsx
SD:3ds/GameYob/boot.3dsx

Incorrect:
SD:3ds/Blargsnes/snesemulator.3dsx

If your app it's set up like the in the incorrect example above, you must rename the .3dsx file and give it the same name as the folder it's into or the homebrew launcher won't recognize it. In my case I'll rename the snesemulator.3dsx to Blargsnes.3dsx Upper and lowercase matter! Naming the .3dsx to boot.3dsx would also work.

So I've run into a problem. I cant find a .3dsx file, so I dont know what to name the folder. Here's the github in case you wanna look at it https://github.com/smealum/SPACECRAFT . I'd also like to apologize right now because I'm probably being really oblivious :P

So I do have a a couple questions. Is it normal for the youtube app to crash and restart at least once when trying to load tubehax? And where do I put/where do I get snes roms? I do apologize because I know people say that you can find them somehow, but I really cant find them. This is my first time doing anything with homebrew, so I'm clueless as to how I'm supposed to do any of this.

SNES roms are piracy. Google it and don't download any EXE files.

I don't know where you put them or anything, I just don't want to see someone get malware because they wanted to play SNES games.

I think you'll find my homebrew launcher emulators guide really usefull. Check it out here

For the roms just google the console you are looking roms for with the word roms next to it and click the first link on the results. Like doctorgoat said don't download or open any .exe files.

tubehax wouldn't be relevant. You'd be doing some classic romhacking in this situation.

I think the cfws could be used for translations but if you're using tubehax you don't have access to those.

I'm having an issue, I have tried to install homebrew via tubehax to my japanese new 3DS. As soon as I chose the firmware on the youtube loading screen, it crashes and restarts. Any help? :/

This is taken from my Homebrew Launcher and Custom Themes all-in-one Noob's Guide

Problem:Your youtube app crashes every time you open it.
Fix: That error means that you selected an incorrect firmware version. To fix it as soon as you open the youtube app quickly tap the change firmware button on the bottom screen and this time select the correct firmware.

If you have the old 3ds choose your firmware version starting with OLD. Or NEW if you have a new 3ds. Many times people choose the one for the other 3ds model.

Hope it helps. Link to the thread is on my signature if you need more help.
