What CFW is that?
I think he launched a 9.0.0-20 native-firm with the firmlaunch fonction instead of the 9.6.0-24 one.
What version of rx, what code.bin, what browser link ? ^^

MSET installs but doesn't boot with any of the betas.
For N3DS I would guess 9.5 as no one has been able to decrypt anything newer.

I haven't tried it myself but I've heard from others that it does indeed work even from a CIA version.

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
