Yes, using powersaves or you can use the gateway launcher on a 9.2 3ds. You dont need a gateway to do it.
I got banned... All i did was update to 9.9 the emunand and get the pokebank, even paid the 5$ and i cant use it now... So far, these bans have been temporal right? So there is hope? D:< when i try to get into the game online with the sysnand it throws me the error, but in emunand it actually says my console has been banned from nintendo online services.
Playing the game in cia is the safest way right? since they dont require header, all ive been playing these days is pokemon xy/oras, both with the same header, even synced them with pokemon gl. The header is public but it isnt at the same time, it was from a harvest moon game that wasnt rlly a scene release, someone just put it out and the link went down after a while. So technically is not a header a lot of people would be using, with this now... Im gonna look into dumping my header from my own games. Still, if playing the game in cia is even safer i would prefer that...

Well that's why. Sorry to say, but that header was public, even if it's not the MOST public one. As long as someone else has it, it's risky.
But don't fret. Yes, so far the bans have been temporary and I don't see why yours wouldn't be. Playing as a .cia or as a .3dz with a private header are both safe (as of right now, nobody's been banned with them). Since you have a Gateway you can feel free to go full on .cia (it's what I do) but if you prefer .3dz then just rip your own private header using a cheap game!
And your browser exploit is for 9.2 at most, not 9.4. Don't bother sending them an email it won't help. Just wait it out! Don't sweat it, everything'll be okay. Like I said, so far they've all been temporary, at least for a first time offender. Just toss that header and don't use it again!
it does not matter if a lot of people do not play this game, two people connected online with the same header at the same time is enough for them ban you.

Thanks man, lol you helped me calm down a bit, yeah I thought it was ok because ive been using that header for some months, hell, i was playing super smash bros online with that header a while back a lot, maybe I just connected in the bad moment ... Yeah I will wait and ready up my private header (looking for tutorials now) to put my saves into the new headers too, thankfully enough pokemon saves are card2 u.u
More the reason to do that, yeah, shouldnt had waited to get banned to do that tho, but I guess one learns from mistakes! Is good to know that so far it hasnt been permaban, still scary tho.

Anyone know more about this? i use sky3ds... i dont make hacked pokemon.. i do create multiple saves to clone them though.. i dont want to get banned from pokemon battles and online comps
The Japanese Pokémon Global Link has put out an update regarding stricter hack checks that are to come to the game. If you have been caught with a modified save file or modified Pokémon, then you will be unable to participate in Rating Battles or in Battle Competitions. If you are caught having done this multiple times, you are to be hit with stronger consequences beyond blocking from Rating Battles, which have not been detailed, without any warning. Those who have already been confirmed to have done this will have consequences enacted soon. This follows recent instances of save data loss for innocent players after they have encounter certain people with modified data. We'll keep you apprised of further developments

I would reckon you're safe. Did you modify your save? Or modify your pokemon's IVs or moves? If not, you're probably okay.
i have only made multiple save states.. and uploaded the pokemon to bank.. then loaded the save state again.. and uploaded the pokemon to bank again.. to make clones .. thats the only "modification" i did.. so maybe the time stamps go back and forth if there are any
Squeeb has a private header. He was looking into whether or not he'll get banned in Pokemon for a different reason.

When i was banned, i couldn't access friend card with either emuNAND or sysNAND, so it's probably a console ban.

If not & you're using a private header, then you currently have nothing to worry about.
Only confirmed bans / reasons have been through the use of public headers. Nothing has changed.
Current situation? Nobody gets banned for private headers or CIA files. People who use public headers have been getting banned.
