Hi,
I'm asking this question because my SysNand is 6.3 so it doesn't support NNID and I don't want to mess it up.

Well, if it's an Old 3ds on 6.x, you could just use GateWay's launcher.dat and make an Emunand (this formats the SD card so back it up prior to formatting) and use RxTools to boot it without the Gateway card, and then update the Emunand to 9.9 and create NNID and access the eShop. I don't know about spoofing at 6.x, so someone else will have to chime in for that.
