Also, FYI... He's not releasing the hack today, it's already been stated that he's going to release information required first, then at a later date, release the hack.

The exploit is supposed to work on 9.9 so if your system is on 9.3-9.8 then yes. Otherwise don't bother

If you're at 9.2 or less download Ironfall by using FreeMultiPatcher, and then entering the eShop

Yes, update to 9.9, access eshop and download ironfall. you are already above 9.2 so it should not make a difference.
