Forgive me for being a noob about this, but I haven't been able to get CitrAGB to run on my New 3ds. I'm running gateway emunand 9.0.0-20u. I've installed ninjhax 2.0. I followed the first post for installation, but used the latest interpreter only build. When I try to run it from the Homebrew menu, the Homebrew menu freezes and nothing happens.

Any clues on what I'm doing wrong?

Make sure you're using this build, and that you have this on the root of your sd card. You'll also need a gba bios, but it shouldn't crash without it - it should just tell you.

Tried that same result.

EDIT:
NVM, I just check, no homebrew is working for some reason.

When i quit a ROM the homebrews launcher bug and say no homebrew installed on sd how to fix that i use CN CIA with rxtools devmode on 4.5.0-10

So, how is this emu looking like at the moment? I've been told it's stable enough to run some games correctly, does it have screen size options too?

It'd be nice to have an option to use the home button to go back to homebrew, an option to choose the starting folder when picking games, an option to choose whether you want to save the .sav files in the same folder as the game files, and an option to list a patch folder, and if there is a patch with the same name as the game (i.e.: PokémonFR.* where * is the 'gba' and whatever extension patches use (too lasy to check)) CitrAGB can ask if you want to load the patch, and if you permit, it will run the game with the patch applied, but not actually alter the files themselves. I have had an emulator that (sort of) did that on my PC, and it was cool, because I didn't need patching programs. Sadly, that emulator RAM patched the roms without confirmation, so I ended up having two copies of the rom anyway… It was still convenient, though.

I don't expect any of these, and certainly not anytime soon. They will take effort to implement, and you may not desire to add any of the features, it is your project after all. I'm just saying what features I'd appreciate.

Could somebody please help me:

I cannot get citrAGB to work at all (latest version) on my N3DS with ninjhax 2.0. Every time I boot up a game (or even the demo) the gba intro will play but then gets stuck on a white screen not allowing me to put in any inputs expect shutting my 3DS off via the power button

Here is my file structure:

sd/GBA/demo.gba
sd/GBA/game_config.txt
sd/GBA/gba_bios.bin
sd/GBA/1235 - Fire Emblem (U)(Venom).gba
sd/3ds/CitrAGB/CitrAGB.3dsx
sd/3ds/CitrAGB/CitrAGB.smdh

Are you using the GBA bios from the first post?
If so, you may be running a game that's not compatible with that bios (like Metroid Fusion).
If that isn't the case, I recommend finding a better bios, or re-downloading that one.

game_config.txt is in the wrong folder.
It should be:
sd:/game_config.txt

It's been a long time since I last saw the progress of this emulator.
Can someone tell me:

Does it run some games at full speed now?
Do those games run with sound?
Are ther any games that are known to be demanding for emulators working on CitrAGB (Golden Sun 2, Mother 3, etc)?

1. Games like Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town or Metroid 4\Metroid Fusion, yes. Games like Pokémon Emerald or Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis, no.

2. Every game I played on it ran with sound. However, the slower games had the game play a note, wait for frame to catch up, note, wait for frame to catch up, etcetra.

3. Unless FFTA1 is in that category, I have no such games to try.

obviously you are using ninjhax2.0.
but with1.1b on 3ds under 9.2，it works properly. emerald does work in that condition

Would be awesome if a N64 Emu came out. But more than likely, it will be a while till we see anything close to this. Same with my other wish which is a MAME (Latest Build type) Emu.
