You can use save editors for games that have them, Pokemon has pkhex.
Or you can use https://gbatemp.net/threads/spider-arcode.383937/ (not sure if this works with GW), finding codes may be difficult though.

I would love to have a cheat function without Spider, it would be pretty cool to have, alongside a screenshot function without having to use a CFW
