Oh that's smart... You could also just flip it or trade to a friend for that price.
I don't really have any gamestops or stuff like that where I live... I only have online shopping form this.

I am waiting on 10 non xl n3ds to come through customs; I am bundling a region swapped to usa n3ds with cubic ninja for people and I can't hold on to either very long
Just scooped up a New 3DS XL in black. Firmware is 9.0. Are these rare or something? Should I be going back and cleaning the dude out?
They are getting rarer. I believe only launch units had 9.0 and 9.2 firmwares, and there were even some units launched with 9.4. Once all of the 9.0/9.2 units are sold, there won't be anymore produced. There are a finite number of N3DS XL systems out there with exploitable firmwares, and naturally the higher in demand those units are, the more expensive they will be to purchase. I think they're going for $250-$300 on Ebay. Whether dealing with Ebay, and seller/PayPal fees are worth it for the potential profit is up to you.
What's after the "-" doesn't matter. You are a lucky owner of a N3DS with firmware 9.0!
Cool. I snagged another one to toss in a drawer for a month. We'll see if it was a good investment...
They go for 300 right now it should go up substantially especially during the winter.
