Follow the instructions the CIA you need to download from 3DNUS is 0004013800000202 you put that into title ID and 3665 goes into Version if you have an old 3ds. New 3ds is 0004013820000202 goes into title ID and 4816 goes into version then click download and patch the CIA it downloads using the patcher in the post and install the CIA to your Sysnand using Dev Menu don't use FBI

Have you looked into what may be causing the problem.
Are the files in the correct folder?
Do they have the correct names?
Did you download the right title?
