Hello friends GBAtemp, this is my first post here as I am with a doubt and would like you guys to help.

I own a 3DS Japanese version and in 4.4.0J Emunand 9.8 and would like to change the region of emunand to use version so I can run some games (U) since the RxTools have region lock for retail cards

I wonder if there is a tutorial that teaches you how to change the region of emunand for us region since i'm bored and looking for tutorials that are found in French / German and I do not understand.
