You need to unpack it. You seem to have winrar and mzip atleast, which can do that.

Hi everybody,
it's been a while that i posted something in here but i was reading from time to time.
I wanted to write something about the PM i get and why i not answer them.
I will not mention names or translation languages to not inflame a useless discussion.
I get usually 2 kind of PM and they start like "I rappresent the xxx language translation group...":
1) can we get the english transcripts/working files/dumps
2) how to edit/modify/change file x
Well, the answer is no and that is for yours and your translation best interest.
Point number 1: a translation of a translation is a bad start for any translation! In a AA games is this even worse. There are so many pun, references, jokes and link to other AA games that you would be probably translating a completly new AAI2 game but not the original released in japan.
Point number 2: I have tendency to say that if you have to ask, the translation is out of your capacities. In one case i am asked about the font, well, to my knowledge the symbols that they want to add are already inside the font so this means that the person that send me that PM, was a lazy ass and don't even try to view the font or he/she has not even that knowledge (not really a bright future for the translation).
Both points have something in common: they show me that probably the person that send me the PM is probably not a person capable of translating the game. I don't say this just because of the 2 points above but because how they ask me the questions as well.
Apart this, i wondering about something: where was this people the last 3 years??
If i would like to translate a game in my language, there is a group that is already translating it in another language and actually posting every little detail of file formats, how they modified the different files and actually release all the tools they are using in a forum, i would go and copy / download every bit of information while they are doing their work and get the tools to try to do my translation.
Yes, guys, everything you needed was online the past 2-3 years on the Court records backup forum that sadly is no more (it's not our fault or our will that it's gone).
So guys, please send me PM only if you are capable to translate the game and you can proove that you are really working on it.
Anyway, i will stop complaining now.

We got almost 10'000 downloads for patch final v2.

If I remember correctly, those symbols are inside the font, but they might need editing, because I reduced line spacing and height of some of the letters,
because some person wanted me to change font from euro font to us font. Some capital letters might be too high and might need editing.
Even if they are in font file, I remember many special letters missing from table.tbl file in Hacko's program.
I had to add ó (because of Adiós Amigos) to table.tbl, but I just replaced one kanji, because I didn't know how to add more lines to table.tbl.
hey guys.. I've read some of the previous posts but I don't seem to find a problem similar to mine.. First of all, my patch isn't in the .xdelta format originally and second, after I try to patch it (before and after trying to change the extension) I get this error.. could someone help me fix this problem?
Edit: Nevermind, after re-reading the first post, I found that i had to use beat instead of xdelta.. My bad :|

Multipatch should support xdelta format. Try to change it from .xdelta to .delta.

Hey, I'm just wondering, did anyone get the patched game working on the old DSTT flashcard? I ordered a R4i Gold specifically to play this translation and, after a couple of weeks of attempts to get the card working, I realized it's a dud. Instead of risking getting yet another dud by reordering, I went and tracked down my old DSLite and DSTT, then updated the DSTT with the latest non-official firmware. The game doesn't load, though, and I'm out of ideas. My patched copy runs on an emulator, so the patching went well, but I really would prefer to play it on the actual hardware than on an emulator. Help?
I don't know if someone already asked, but is it normal that the game always crashes during the "Inherited Turnabout" intro cutscene, right when it shows that the scene of the two cooks (I guess they're cooks) are actually on TV... Can someone help me with this? I'm using DeSmuMe, in case it has something to do with it...
A) Your patch says beta in title, so you haven't got latest patch.
B) You are using 0.9.10 version of desmume. There is 0.9.11.
I'll try it out on my new R4 tomorrow, got a Dual Core 2015 model, which people also refer to as "DSTT", so if it works for me, I'll try sending you my card's firmware.

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
