humm.. I am not sure to understand your question. You have to install it with ninjhax on the Cubic Ninja game to launch it
From what I can see on eBay, $300 seems to be the average going rate.
The only retail store in the US that I could ever imagine might have a n3ds xl at 9.0 would be a place like Costco that sells them in bundles so they don't get sold that often. But even that is a big "if".
There's really no 9.0s left on the shelves any longer, unfortunately. A few people on eBay have some brand new ones guaranteed to be on 9.0 but yea, $300 or so seems to be the going rate. Some people sold them for $350 even.
have you made sure to enable firmlaunch in the options and have the firm.bin located in the pastacfw folder ?

In order to play Xenoblade on <9.3 I'm guessing it needs to be a CIA? How long does it usually take to boot? I installed a CIA and got stuck on the Nintendo 3DS boot screen when I attempted to launch it. Is the internal NAND large enough to install XB to it or does it have to be installed to the SD?
are you in firmlaunch mode ? (have you enabled the firmlaunch mode from options ?)
it works as a CIA, i can confirm it, you just need to be in firmlaunch mode
Yes, I was in firmlaunch. At least as far as I could tell. Does it load relatively quickly?
To set up firmlaunch I just open the Companion app, select my SD, select New 3DS, then click download. After that I just boot Pasta holding R, right?

putting the game in after launching pasta with firmlaunch activated only results in the game saying that i need to update

launch the CFW first without the firmlaunch, use the eshop spoofer, update ssb, restart the CFW with firmlaunch and then you can use SSB updated online !
