sure the new font is cleaner but it hurts to read and requires the webpage to be zoomed in just to have the same readability as before.

an option to change it or an all-around revert back to the font of before would be nice

The font has a filter to be nicer on LCD? (clear type?)
I never found the font better when using the clear type.

default font in the browser look better.
The font in the quick-reply is good and appears like it should. Once the message is posted, it looks fuzzy with leaking colors, I don't find it cleaner.

as we are talking about the font, could the thread's title (when browsing the thread list, no inside the thread) be less big or less bold too?

While you're at it, please make the recent threads section easier to access, or something :P

I tried to bookmark it but every time I load the URL for the recent threads, it's like it's almost "stuck" in time, and isn't up to date. I have to go back to the main page and then click on it.

While I don't like the font in general because it's blocky (don't want to be a jerk, I know you can't please everyone, and I'm sure you guys worked hard on this), I think the main problem is that there isn't enough space between the letters. It looks cramped to me.

It is even more amusing if you disable external/browser loaded fonts (even though it is completely different the old IE download this font to view this website stuff soured me on it more or less for life).

I did include a small box with it enabled, note the lovely top navigation looks less than stellar as well.
I probably should install the more common fonts on this machine.

Edit. Forgot to say if things are being altered can we have the justify option removed from the review section, I reckon even center would be an improvement over that.

I'd have to agree with the OP. The new font to me stands out, and not in a good way. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it's just harsh on my eyes.
