Just did yellow and orange for ya SkH. Also did pink for the ladies (not to imply that only ladies would use the pink skin

). For those few who do have a pink DS, I can only imagine how good it would look on that ;p. Also did a dark red skin using the BG that skfields01 provided. Any other requests, just let me know. And yeah Densen, I did notice that earlier tonight. I'm probably gonna mess around with a few things and test some stuff, see what the deal is with that. iirc though, I do think I saved these as 24-bit.

EDIT: Alright, as far as the lowered color depth, apparently that's just how R4 shows them. I tried just about every option/combination of saving with different color depths. A lot didn't show up, the rest didn't change at all. I decided to even try dropping it down to indexed (256 colors only). Still didn't do a thing. So it's pretty much just save your skins with the info specified by the R4 site. Can't change the color depth it's showing them as. Hey, still looks good nonetheless

Regarding color depth...

The DS uses 15 bit palettes, so 5 bits for each R, G, and B channels. Most PCs use 8 bits, as does Photoshop. Photoshop does not have an option to save out with 5 bit channels, so in order to kill the banding, you'll need to use a separate finishing app to dither your images. Dunno what that would be, because I've usually just ended up writing my own.

OR, you could try applying a light noise filter to the image in Photoshop - I've had SOME success with that. It looks awful on the PC, but ends up not too bad on the DS.

Also, it's worth mentioning that the R4 might be even lower bitdepth than 15 bit (haven't looked into it)... maybe internally using a 12 or 8 bit format (yikes). If it is 8 bit, it's probably using a simple median cut algorithm to generate an 8 bit palette from a 24 bit image. If it's 12 bit, it's just 4 bits per channel and needs even MORE dithering.

Sweet skins! You wouldn't happen to have any Moonshell skins floating around, would you? Lastly, do you take somewhat custom requests? Keep up the good work!

There's already a PSP moonshell skin. If you mean just moonshell skins in general, there's a few out there. Some of the decent looking ones are here (link) including the PSP one. And err..as far as custom requests go, I guess just shoot it my way and if it seems like something I could do and it's not just some retarded request ("ZOMG DBZ SKIN LOELKZ KK?"), I'll take a go at it.

I'm trying to replicate this skin with one for MoonShell (along with the menu colours), because I want to keep everything as seamless as possible.
Wish me luck!
