Never heard of that site. Although I'm having the same issue with modchipdirect. I ordered a gateway on the 30th and it still has not shipped.

Is it possible to ask for a refund? Because it is getting annoying.

I guess Gateway are just slow at delivering their cards since apparently they're out of stock (Even though they apparently HAD some in stock when I placed my order).

I think they back fill orders when they get them in. I would say try someone else, but I had a hard enough time finding someone to buy from. If anything I'd email or call them and ask em what the deal is.

I was going to post that I got the shipped email. Looks like mine is going through a few countries. but they said it would be less then 20 days. I'm stoked. You might get yours around the same time as me.

Doesn't Brazil have tougher customs, though? I would assume it would take longer, they seem more particular about taxing imports than the US.

Yup, ordered my first one from Eachmall, genuine item but took over 2 months to arrive, i'll never use them again.

I wonder if it had to do with the time of year. At least I hope. I don't want to wait that long. Like I said, they told me 20 days or less, fingers crossed

Yeah, places like dx, you're lucky if they even ship it within a month, let alone how long the shipping takes. Just don't have a culture of urgency to this sort of thing that we do, I guess. And don't assume something is in stock just because the site says so, even if it keeps saying so for weeks after you make your order that hasn't shipped yet.

Yep, Brazil has the worst customs & post office of the whole world. But sometimes, magically, things arrive pretty fast.
Since I buy a lot from other countries, I had all kinds of experiences. Things arriving in less than 2 weeks, things arriving in 8-9 months, things never arriving and the tracking number dissapearing...
But most of my orders arrive in 2-3 months, some arrive in 5-6 months and a few arrive in a month or less.
Customs taxes are mostly illegal, since law here determines that objects under $100 are not taxable and there is another "law" that says it is $50 and if not shipped by companies.
I had many $20 or less orders taxed...

I also use an app from my country that shows any progress the package makes. I bought a nds flash aswell, and it's not appeared yet on brazil's post office, but the gateway has. my sky3ds also has appeared in china post tracking
maybe in two months gateway supports my 9.6 and then my wait would be valid[

Update for anyone interested in timeframe. My gateway has been bound up in customs for about 3 days, currently in Chicago a state over. Might be a quick delivery. Longest period so far is waiting for them to ship it. I'm at a week from confirming purchase.
