I guess the next major wait would be for those who aren't willing to part with the $5-$30 dollars for cubic ninja, to have a gateway-only hack. I've seen just one person so far.

Also looking forward to fixing the various "you've been kicked out to sysnand" events, maybe when they take it out of beta.

And then there's the wait for people who think support for gateway on sysnand > 9.2 is happening soon. I mean, I guess it is, for certain values of soon.

aaand has to connect to gateway server once to download the payload in the savegame.

hopefully by the end of the week there will be an offline solution even though it's only one time

cubic ninja exploit + ssspwn=ninjhax (no kernel access), but cubic ninja+gateway hacks(memchunkhax etc i.e same ones they have used for spider and oot hacks) = full access

I think it is very likely as long as you have the ability to shop around (have transportation) and are bold enough to demand to see the serial number on the box and ask to see another one if you don't like what you see. Be polite and it shouldn't be a problem. The clerks and managers really don't care why you want a specific one,mthey just want to sell what they have.

Do you have the means to buy before you sell?

II think it is likely Xeno will work, but no guarantee.

yeah im pretty sure at this point Xenobade will work, i guess the 9.5 update was probably designed to protect it, guessing they will have put 9.5 on cart now.......and all that for naught, i dont think it will work from the gateway card itself (althought it might, but i seem to remember reading the n3ds carts will have new commands or something, that i presume sky/gateway wont know how to handle), but cia almost certainly i would guess
