But you do need a method to workaround the gamelimit for Zelda, do you?

I just tried the 4gb Toshiba µSD and it doesn't work either. My main Sky3ds µSD is a 32GB class UHS1 from Transcend. It copies with ~15MB/s and never made any problems.

Im clueless :/

Do you have any other cards to try? I'm thinking to get me a Toshiba... What's the series of your Toshiba 64GB?

This is by no means a sure fired way to make it work, i'm just working on assumptions(and you know what happens when you assume)...
this guide assumes you know how to work with a Hex editor, and that LoZ:OoT is not in your 10 original Sky3DS games.

but here's my unverified guide to "Running the EUR LoZ: OoT Exploit From a Red Button Sky3DS on a N3DS"™
(Again - this is based on my own personal experience)

1. The Setup -
I used a 4gb Toshiba MicroSD card class 4.
When running a Red Button Sky3DS cart you have the original 10 games you registered(the first 10 you ever put on the cart, even if they didn't work...) and the leftovers(the ones that auto scroll)
from the original 10, choose 2 that are 512mb in size(or one).

Using the DiskWriterV106b5 app reformat(not format) your MicroSD card, close the program, reformat the card again through windows(might seem redundant but this is all black magic anyway...)
Reopen the DiskWriterV106b5 app and format the MicroSD to make it usable.
Write the first game onto the Cart.
Write the second game onto the Cart(or write the first game again).
Backup the save from the second game to your HD.
Write the LoZ: OoT Legacy version onto the Cart.

2. The Bait -
(Thanks to GothicIII)
Open up HxD.exe (a hex editor) and open the second game save backup from the previous step, also open up the GW-Hack save file(the one posted here).
Go to offset 58 from the GH-Hack save file and copy(ctrl+c) from there till the end(block 58-100057).
Go to offset 58 from the second game save file and overwrite the data(ctrl+b).
Save the file.
Restore the Altered Save file to the second game on the cart.
Restore the GW-Hack Save file to the third game on the cart.

3. The Switch -
Load the MicroSD in the Sky3DS cart. Load the Sky3DS cart into the N3DS.
The blue light might flicker and stop, with no game loaded. if so - withdraw the cart and insert it again.
The first game should be loaded.
Run the first game - play for a bit until you can save. save, home button and close the game.
Press the Red button once, after a few seconds the first game should unload and the second game should load.
DO NOT Run the second game
Press the Red button once more and once the third game has Loaded, Press and Hold the Red Button so it doesn't Auto Scroll the game.

4. The Execution -
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time should now be loaded as the cart game on your N3DS.
Turn off The 3D - move the slider all the way down.
Run the Game. you should see the Gateway save as the first save.
Load the Save, Press A(one time i did this and i waited 30+ seconds, it froze my console but didn't run the exploit, i'd say - wait a second or two, no more) and the bottom screen should now turn white, the top a light blue and in a second the GW Screen should load.

If the bottom screen gets stuck on white, try changing the MicroSD card on the Sky3DS to a different one(i had that problem using a slower MicroSD card).

Good Luck and Godspeed

I take no responsibility for this guide, it worked for me.

Ok, not sure if I should post this here, but how do I insert a .sav into a sky3ds rom?
I'm quite confuzzled here, and I can't find an answer on google that actually answers my question.

EDIT:
Ok, just figured it out. Apparently I had to right-click the individual titles and select.
