You know... It almost seems like Rev01's are working, and Rev00 launch copies are not, and if that's the case then at least Gateway can move some offsets. There is really no way of knowing though until people start dumping their cards, wiping the UID header and POSTING THEIR CRC32's!!

I think yours is not going to work. No proof about that, but when I'm looking at the purchase date of working games I have the impression that they are games sold right after game release.

It seems that may be the case. I wonder if using SDF to re-encrypt the save would work or if the exploit is just Rev01 specific.
Mine is for sure Rev00, but if you still want it I can post the CRC later today.

It'll likely be D65A17D9, which is Rev00.

Tested it on a N3DS XL from a friend this morning

Console: N3DS XL (Europe)
- Firmware: 9.0E
Zelda OOT 3D:
- Front: LNA-CTR-AQEP-EUR
- Back: AQEP510111
Status: Boots everytime, no Freezes when pressing "A"

Ok finally caught up with them in the op, if iv missed anyone's test just pm me the test and il add it.

I'm done for tonight, I spentlike 6 - 7 hours posting everything in the op because my ipad is slow as hell, an ipad 3 with newest os so uber slow and buggy. It's 3am and this thread made me really tired lol, keep posting people and il update everything tomorrow.

Glad some of you were able to finally get the 3.1 update, sorry for those who didn't get it to work.

I just checked, it's D65A17D9. I hope a workaround is found soon.

Rev00 would be the 1.1 version, I'm assuming?

D65A17D9 is the initial (1.0) version of the game, which by almost every account here seem to fail with the exploit. As far as I know, there was only one game card revision (1.1) in EUR that people have reported working that would dump to '1B045411'.

If we're really trying to figure out if game revisions are to blame, then people should be posting ROM hashes instead of what's printed wherever.

Someone should try loading a non-hacked 1.1 save on 1.0 (or vice versa) to see if ordinary save files are cross compatible. I really suspect this is a problem with the quirky nature of the GW launcher's spoty save data management.
