yeah inside emulator folder that's fine
do you have wiiflow on sd and emulator roms on usb?
I got everything - all files and games - on SD (the emulator-plugins remembered settings bevore, but after I replaced them with the compiled ones they won't anymore... I only changed their colour...)

I use WiiFlow-MMod 1054,
VbaGX-plugin 2.2.8,
FceuGX-plugin 3.3.1
and Snes9xGX-plugin 4.3.2.

And I got their sources from
googlecode > svn > branches > Plugins

After compiling I got .dol-files.
I named them exactly like the .dol-files inside the Wiiflow-plugins folder (SD/wiiflow/plugins).
Then I replaced the old ones (vbagx-mod12.dol, fceugx-mod11.dol and snes9xgx-mod11.dol).

Wiiflow starts, the emulators load my games and look good, I can change the settings for cropping, timing etc.
But after leaving a game and re-entering it, all settings are back to default...

using same libogc and portlibs that fix94 linked on googlecode?
I'm using devkitppc r26 and Libogc svn r4902 - these are the ones from fix94 (except for Vbagx - this seems to require Libogc 1.8.11).

I'm also using portlibs I got from googlecode > svn > branches > Emulator_Libraries.7z

PS: I GOT IT!
I installed the latest version of DevkitPro, DevkitPPC r26, the portlibs AND libogc from googlecode > svn > branches > Emulator_Libraries.7z:lol:

Hello. I would like to use WiiFlow to load Gamecube games from my Wii. I have installed Nintendont in SD:apps/nintendont/boot.dol as the instructions said. I have a game placed in SD:games/Skies of Arcadia Legends [GEAP8P]/game.iso (WiiFlow itself put it there when I ripped the disc, so I'm assuming this is correct). In settings, the gamecube loader is also set to Ninendont.

Anyway, in WiiFlow, whenever I try to choose the Gamecube Source, it give me the message *DISABLED*. I can run the game just fine from the Nintendont app itself. I don't think I fiddled too much with any other settings. Am I doing something wrong?

I've had the same problem. Seems like you use an outdated version of Wiiflow. Try updating to Abdallahs Wiiflow-MasterMod! Link is in his sig.
It worked for me:-)

Hi

I was wondering if you would be able to help me. I though I would post a message here and hope I don't get killed for doing so!

I recently have found a page on the web about the installing of the WiiFlow 4 The Masterpiece Pack by Abz. I would like to install it but have to confess that reading the pages instructions have totally confused me!

I would say I am somewhere between a novice and an intermediate when it comes to Wii Modding.

This is how far I have got with Modding my Wii.

I own a black Will not the new type with the handheld screen the standard Wii.

I downloaded a copy of ModMii and went though and produced the following parameters:
◦Install and\or update all recommended softmods
◦Current System Menu is 4.3E
◦Desired System Menu is 4.3E
◦Update active IOSs (can be disabled in options)
◦Do not Install a cMIOS (can be enabled in options)
◦Install a USB-Loader Forwarder Channel (can be disabled in options)
◦External Hard Drive already Formatted as WBFS
◦Download Configurable USB-Loader and WiiFlow
◦USB-Loader Settings and config files saved to SD Card

I printed out the guide produced by the program, watched the embedded videos and followed the guide notes and completed all the items until the end of the SD card sections.

So I have the Wii modded, the Homebrew channel installed and both Download Configurable USB-Loader and WiiFlow installed.

The only thing that wasn’t on the list was I didn’t like the fact the one of either DGU Loader or WiiFlow didn’t have a forwarder so I downloaded one and installed that as well.

I would like help to install The Masterpiece Pack but have so many questions and fears that I hope you can help with and so I don’t have to give up because I’m a novice!

The first question I have is my fear of bricking the Wii, I do have a habit of rushing into things without thinking so I recognise that I need to keep myself reined in and take my time on even the simple things.

I did make a copy of the SD card including the two bin files onto a CD so they are safe but I don’t really know what I should do with them if I did screw up the Wii. So what should I know and be aware of so I don’t brick the Wii or be ready for if I did brick it?

I read the text file about - "What's the difference between versions 1054-based and 1076 and which one I need to use?"

But I still not fully get it. What are Dols and what are they for? Also would I be right in thinking my option would be better off using the 1045 version over the 1076?

What are the differences and how is one better than the other one in situations?
In the guide for the pack it mentions about making changes to the Nand section of the Wii. I don’t understand what Nands are etc. but I believe I have read that changing these can screw up and brick your Wii or make it hard to rescue it. Please can you fill the holes in my knowledge about Nands and what I need to do to complete the Pack install?

Next the section on the pack prerequisites:

Please can you explain this to me please?

"First things first: For proper function of Wii games and Homebrew apps: Make sure your Wii is properly modded."

As far as I know it is modded, hopefully properly?

"Use ModMii to make your IOS/cIOS up to date. IOS 58, D2x cIOS v10 rev52 or 10-alt rev53 are recommended. Original Hermes or Rodries cIOS mod are optional."

What does this bit mean? Can you please explain what these are and do I need to install/change all these?

"For Gamecube Games: DiosMios/DiosMios Lite latest wad should be installed into the Mios slot along with clean BC6. Devolution loader in \Wiiflow folder should be there for Devo to work."

Again what does this bit mean? Can you please explain what this bit is about and do I need to install/change any of this?

The section headed: "New: For WiiU/vWii use the D2x cIOS Installer Mod v2.2 by Fix94, run it from Homebrew Channel to build v52 or v53 cIOS."

Am I right in thinking this is ONLY for the NEW Wii and so I can totally ignore this completely?

The WiiFlow Setup section. Please can you explain this all to me as I am very confused by it all, and don’t want to go running in screw it up big time!

“The next sections about Neek2, Emunand setup, making a Neek2o Nand for your favourite USB loaders especially for WiiFlow 4.1+ or Postloader 4+ and Premade Emunand Setup.”

Again what is this section about and can you explain what to do etc.

I see from the pages that some of the files are Beta versions. Am I being over cautious or does installing Beta versions of files/software create a risk of screwing up/bricking your hardware?

I understand this a real lot of stuff to read and go though and answer but I hope you will be able to help as I am really finding all this Wii modding fun and am really enjoying learning new skills.

I thank you for all of your assistance in this matter and look forward to hearing from you over the next few days.

Best wishes

Mario

New here. I've been trying to get wiiflow to play my SNES ROMs on my Wii u, I've followed directions perfectly to my knowledge, but everytime I load wiiflow its telling me it cannot find any plugins (even though they are all in the correct folders), I try clicking select to bring up where it lists the plugins, but it doesn't do anything except show that I keep clicking it. Please help.

There are so many 3rd party mods out there now of Wiiflow, that I'm no longer sure who's version is most current, stable, or provides the most features.

I'm also confused as to why all you great programmers don't just team up and work on the official program together as a team, so we can get one official update, rather then a selection of private mods.

Many of you seem to have added great features to your mods, but it seems like all of them have not yet made it to a single solid release. (please correct me if I'm wrong).

In closing I would like to thank you all for the great work you have all done for the Wii modding community, I have enjoyed it much.

guise, what setting do i have to change so when i hit "home" and exit a game it would take me back to wii flow
thx!
Global settings return to channel. Choose WiiFlow. You did install the WiiFlow forwarder channel and hidden channel right?

If you didn't you can use Fix94's WiiFlow channel installer app here.
