Doesn't seem like he can do it atm because they are using Gateway's browser exploit(the Entry point) and hence the payload to trigger their own code. As the entry point for N3DS doesn't exist yet it's not possible for them to trigger their code on N3DS.

Attempting to run the exploit with my JPN copy of Senran Kagura Burst 2 on my 9.2.0-20U 3DS results in an error message and the download play app force quitting.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Got it working, I just had to clear my history and cookies a few times. It's working great now.

The Entry point still exists but one of the vulnerabilities have been patched on 9.3 and up. So not sure about 9.4 support.

With what I'm seeing it's capable of, I doubt it won't be possible. Remember when we were told NinjaHax didn't use Kernal?

it wont work on sky3ds... i tried it.. the blue light blinks one time... and then i get an error message and it resets the system.
I tried to take the game out while in download play and then go into the exploit page, and it hung on black for a long while.. I thought i bricked my console cause it wouldnt power off... luckily all is well..

maybe someone else may have luck..

but for now.. sky isnt a 1:1.. "surprised i know.

It was confirmed in another thread and a suspicious pastebin that there is another stage after webkit exploit that can be used to gain control, it has just been discovered in 9.4 and should work.
