I've been putting together bookmarks for the Wiiflow internet bookmark plugin (latest here), but thought I might share which sites I've found to work:

*To create a bookmark for the wiiflow plugin:
Copy a url into a text file, and save it. Rename the saved text file to have a ".url" extension (ie. instead of ".txt"). Drop that .url file into your wiiflow/bookmarks folder. You're done

If you'd like to add a cover:
"Drop a 512x340.png file with the same name as your .url file into the wiiflow/boxcovers/bookmarks folder. Include the ".url" bit in the name
e.g. For the link "bookmark.url", have a .png named "bookmark.url.png"
Windows snipping tool is useful, but MSpaint is all you need

*Windows will try to open a .url file - ignore it and drop your url file directly into your text editor to edit it .
As with all new content, you may need to reload your cache via the wiiiflow home menu for it to work.

T'sup bro, you have a lot in your sig and hadn't noticed this thread here lol. There are a lot of links, plus your main WiiFlow Internet bookmarks thread with full setup/link packs. So now I'm a bit confused and wanted to know if the covers and links here are already on your main thread or if this has covers not found in your other thread? Is this just a referral list to working sites that are already in your pack? ~~if you can just clear up the purpose of this thread for me that would be ideal lol.~~

Basically I'm just trying to setup this plugin with all known links/sites that work well with & w/o full covers if possible. If u can guide me to the appropiate d/loads it would be fantastic, all in one d/loads of course preferred

EDIT: Reading a bit through your main IP (Internet Plugin) and seeing that this is a list of optimal sites that work with the Wii Opera browser is that correct? So are there many links in your cover packs that don't work well? If so I think they should be removed and only include sites that are optimized or work well for the Wii as honestly it if browsing sux hard on the Wii browser on said sight it defeats the purpose.

Cheers for the compliment man, it was some work, even if some of the covers are a bit rough! I appreciate the name of the link in my sig could be confusing - I'll sort that - nice one for the tip

The link you want is the "Bookmarks plugin pack" in addition there's the news and comedy (over 18 - b3ta.com is funny) packs linked in the same post. Abz's masterpack now includes the news pack - I need to update the OP - but not the comedy.

As for adding links not in the packs, with no artwork etc, there's a couple at the bottom of the first post under 'Misc.'. There's a bookmark to this thread in the hope there might be more useable links shared below...

Thank for the info and I edited my post above to be a bit more descriptive in my confusion/questions, in case you want to add any other insightful tidbits of info.

See I love WiiFlow cuz not only can I play my Wii games in a sexy fashion (GUI), but also have a Museum & gallery of consoles to choose from (Emu, Source Menu/Flow) but I can also watch movies, listen to my music and surf the web, all through the same fantastic interface as a frontend. WiiFlow = Majestic, of course nothing would be possible w/o the contributions of all other homebrew devs and emu plugin creators

I've gone through every link - discarded loads - and found it kosher - what's not working?

No no I'm not saying anything is not working, my bad if I made it sound that way, you just answered my questions. The all-in-one pack d/loads you provide have fully working links, optimized for a pleasant browsing experience. Thanks a ton for taking the time to do that, I'm sure it was a PITA. See lately I don't have much free time to test so I want to set things up that I know are good to go so I don't spend a lot time troubleshooting. Thanks again 'Pimpin.
