Around the corner and soon are far more ambigious than "a few days" though. So I wouldn't count on it.

everyones crying too much. stability + performance over a few days earlier.

the people are want it now will be the first to cry when their 3DS is performing poorly or they get bricked.

then again its easy for me to say as i have a 4.5 3ds to sit on.

I have 4.5 3ds as well, but I bought N3DSXL and need to sell the 4.5 one, money are getting tight. And I don't want to sell it before the update because I just started playing Phoenix Wright and it's too fun and addictive to stop for an uncertain period of time...

OMG GUYS!!! Guess what... My Gateway arrived! Buuuuut nobody was at home... So i can get it tomorrow from poststation... Lol

Guys, I asked before but nobody answered, is emunand->emunand system transfer possible? I don't want to lose my NNID when I'll be getting rid of my 4.5 3DS.

It is not. For your NNID, just call Nintendo support and have them help you move it to your new 3DS. It will work the same EmuNand or not, just make sure you have access to the eShop.
