So I just got my new supercard and it's working really well, but I don't know how to save my DS games. Anyone happen to know?

they should save automatically just as if you were playing the real thing. Supercard saves in DS games write directly to the media card without manual input from you, and there is no battery or rebooting needed. Easy as that.

Saving GBA on the Supercard is a different story.

Hmm... odd. Both games I've tried so far aren't saving. Harvest Moon says it saved, but then if you go to "load game" it says there's no save data. And in Ouendan it's supposed to automatically save every time you beat a level or get a high score, but nothing was saved on that game either...

yeah it shouldn't be like that and you might have a problem. wait for a couple other people to troubleshoot with you and cover common mistakes.

Just out of curiosity, youre not exiting from the game to the Supercard menu, going to the "Saver" menu, selecting the game you just played, and answering Yes to the question "Do you save to SD?" (or whatever it says) --- that would be a no-no if youre doing that.

No, I'm just saving within the game options, not the supercard options. I read somewhere that "The supercard can only save one file at a time." Maybe that means you can only have one ".sav" file?

Ya, so I only put 1 DS game, final fantasy III on my supercard with one .sav file and it works now. It saved my game and I can load it now.

So... you can't have more than one DS game on your card at once or what?

And if anyone knows how to save a GBA game, let me know. I'd sure appreciate it!

Hmm, now it seems to be saving all my games. I think it was the update I did to the supercard... or maybe the formatting. But whatever reason, it works now!
