Honestly its all about the money. As long as they keep putting codes out here and there, people are going to keep buying their product. They will probably never allow signing of custom saves with Powersaves. IMO they will wait until Powersaves isn't selling anymore, then release a new product that has similar capabilities to CG.
Speaking of money, do you know how much all that is in US dollars? At today's conversion rate, £150 approximately equals $248.95. No way I'm shelling out that much; I'm a bit of a cheapskate.

There's a pretty high probability of the US not getting the IV codes from Datel today, perhaps tomorrow or the next day or the day following, but I wouldn't throw away all hope.
I know right? Datel has never let me down before, it just seems they're milking us this gen. I'm almost positive we'll see custom editing by the time ORAS come out.
Trust me, that will not work. Everybody did that early on when Diancie and AZ Floette were removed. As you can see, Diancie didn't come back until the event was about to launch in real life, and AZ Floette is nowhere to be found. Not to mention all of the other stuff that people have decided to generate mass e-mail campaigns for. Datel will add codes when Datel decides to do it, and so far there has been nothing that has changed that. In their eyes, all of the hype of these "campaigns" are great for business as all it does is draw attention to their product (much like you have scores of people outside of Japan going bonkers over Cyber Gadget.) The only reason why Datel probably even added IV modifiers is to steal some of that thunder back and get people talking about them instead of Cyber Gadget for a change.
