Hacking FF3 save not working

I am having some issues with Final Fantasy 3 and the save file on my SuperCard MiniSD. For some reason when I save my game and shut off the system, the save data gets deleted. I have the latest firmware and software updates, and I followed a post in the games forum for FF3 and it still isnt working. What is wrong?

At least you guys can play.

I reformatted my micro sd card, updated the firmware to 1.7 ( supercard lite)
and when i go start a new game, the screen just turns black -___-.

Yeh i had the same problem... then i reinstalled my software on my computer and the software on the cart (latest versions downloaded from supercard.cn) and now it works fine... must have been a silent update

If you downloaded the software/firmware the first day, it was not a proper release. So just redownload.
