G6 U-DISK Manager & Firmware V4.6C

Upgrade, Part II!

It's another beautiful moment for G6 owners. Here are the changes:

· New function is added: Enable to adjust the strength of LCD light (for NDS lite).

· Supports running the new version of MediaExtend.

· More new games are supported.

I burnt Tony hawk (U) fresh, and it still doesn't go past the title screen, just in case anybody is wondering.

Also i am going back to 4.6a as it seems faster for me at least.

If you get a chance move around in the main g6 menu, does it feel sluggish to you ?

It seems a lot slower than the previous version.

Well, the brightness thing is awesome... only that, so far xD

tony hawk isnt working, menu is a bit slowly... s**t!

waiting for 4.6d or 4.7

Yeah, the menu is very sluggish in this update; I immediately noticed the difference. I'm going to keep it though, the brightness function is pretty useful.

Shows how little time i spend on the menu, didn't notice any difference even after I'd read the comments.

I agree that the brightness toggle is cool. Now all they need is to be able to launch download play from their menu and I'd never need to go to the DS menu again (or perhaps they can make a button to launch the DS menu too?)

Skin the gba menu? But it looks so GOOD!

I welcomed this update, it is really neat adjusting the brightness directly from the flashcard

U just cost me 140 euro's and u didn't update CRAP

Give me a GODDAMN usefull update like download play option to unflased ds's or a better media player and better movies or an not so CRAP touch interface because no it is not NICE .

I'm not sure if I should update, so far everything seems to work fine with 4.5A for me, even FF3 doesn't seem to have any problems it saves and everything.
I guess I won't be updating until I find a game I want to play that doesn't work on my current Firmware.

I dont like how they prioritize their updates lately. This is what I think would be prioritized:

1: Fixing popular games not working
2: Adding cool features
3: Whatever they feel like doing
4: English PDA

Well, still no Tony though

They seem to be fixing it by 5% per update.

I still have seen no reason to upgrade from the beta loader with both english and chinese options (I have a chinese g6L). The loader has not affected the ability to play any games thus far. The brightness adjustment is a nice option but really unecessary since the G6L will hold your selected brightness level once you set it. I figured this was coming when I saw that the comic book reader had an option to change the brightness within the program. My point is that the upgrades to the loader have done very little to change the core function of the flash card so use the one that works best for your card or your language.

That being said I appreciate the regular updates to the udisk manager. I'm guessing that Tony Hawk is proving to be difficult to crack and will take them some time to fix. In the meantime there are over 600 games that do work. I'm very happy with my G6L so far.

I hate when people say this but if you want no problems buy the games. Also, the touch interface doesn't have to be a touch interface. When you are in the menu try using the left and right keys and navigate with the d pad. It works much better.

Please go to another forum, buy a PSP (and go cry with all PSP kiddies about *STOLEN* games you can't play) or develop your own flashcart. People like you are ruining the scene and very annoying!

G6 Lite is one of the best cards available, and they try to keep up to date with the latest games..

And about the 140 euros.. I paid 240 euros for my first F2A 256 mbit card and it can't run all DS games on it, should I cry now?

BTW if you look good you can buy it for 95 euros or less shipped to the whole world. So your f***ed MWUHAHAHA..

And i also did not want to flash my ds so i bought an passmecard3 110 + 30
