I have installed everything normally, including the emuNAND(Still not updating it to 7.2, keeping it at 4.5.0-10U). I also updated the red cart successfully after I was promoted to.
Whenever I go into gateway mode, the red cart is never recognized.
I'm using a 64GB microSD card formatted with exFAT that contains 3 roms and nothing else.
Also, it passed the diagnostic test.
What could be the problem?

If you are getting to the emulated nand, then the red card is being recognized. To load your games, press select on the icon where a game would be if you had a game in the emulated nand menu.

(Wasn't sure if that was what ScarletCrystals was trying to say or not)

Thanks for the responses, but When I press select and choose a game it never pops up on the screen. Is it because im using my own 3ds dumps?

so does the menu show up with the games on it, or no menu at all?

from the sounds of it the menu shows up but the games dont load, have you tried another SD card? and have you checked to verify the SD card you are using is legitimate with h2testw

Is your micro sd class 4 or higher?
Did you drag and drop or did you use win32diskimager? If you used imager, delete roms and then drag and drop.
Check for fake sd card like games said.
After choosing a game when pressing select the game wont start automatically. The game image will show up like the 3ds recognizes an official cart and you must press that too.

Alright, I figured out the problem. exFAT doesn't seem to work for my gateway on a 64GB card. After playing around with a few micro SD cards it just seems that it only accepts a 32GB card to be formatted to exFAT. Its strange, but I guess I can just keep it at FAT32. Thanks for the help.
