Misc IT'S TIME: The February Pokemon X&Y Tourney!

Well, with the release of PokeBank, so I thought that I should start this up.

Now, let me put a few rules for you all:

Banlist located below.
Normal rules will apply for the battles.
All battles will be 6v6, single battles.
Battles will be a best out of three.

~~Now, the deadline to sign up will be next Sunday, the 16th, at 12:00 EST.~~

Just to clarify, how will you know the difference between a pokemon from bank and a normal pokemon?
Bankmons aren't a problem anyhow, if it made it into kalos, it means it has legal moves, abilities and stats.
But its your call

Looks like I am doing double tournaments next week. My IGN and Friend Code is in my signature and I will be using my US 3DS.

What will be permitted? What about the unused Hidden Ability starters?

If the Pokemon's a Kalos-born one, it's fine. So bring on your Iron Fist Infernapes.

...Really? Blice made some pretty good points. There's no way you can personally check if the pokemon were hatched in Kalos and everything is legal anyway. I would really like this rule removed. As for the second one... It depends on what you consider "uber", really. I'll sign up as soon as we get some clarifications.

Same as mGengar and mKanga. People need to put a specific counter on their teams, and while I have one (a Venusaur), most others don't. Grass knot, which is one of the few super-effective moves that has a wide distribution, has almost no effect on it.

Unavailable HA Pokemon you can counter very easily, unlike Rotom-W (Glad that I won't have to see this Pokemon) and Mega Kangaskhan. Mega Gengar I can counter easily, but my team is set up to counter anything.

Victini on a trick room team can result in a quick Uber-level sweep. Also, Entei gets Sacred Fire by level up now. The other dogs are still lower, but Sacred Fire is tactical-nuke worthy, due to its 50% chance of burning, resulting in possibly shutting down a team or resulting a stall, depending on who or what it's used on.
