This is like one of the best game ever. The songs are fantastic, the graphics are awesome, the PVs are amazing, and the gameplay is super fun. Already played this series since the psp for a total of like 400+ hours.
What exactly do you do in these games? Is it like a sort of guitar hero, or more of a singing thing?
It's more like your usual rhythm game. Sorta like elite beat agents but with buttons instead. There are markers flying around the screen, when it reach its destination, you're supposed to press it.
Pretty simple and accessible actually, and addicting, too.
Everyone should try this. There's bound to be a song you like from the 120+ songs available (and 20 more to the list when F 2nd comes out this march)

OMG are you really gonna buy this? Its all the same shit. Now even all the same generic stuff, but shit. The game is neverending QTE with random-generated music. There even no dancepad that makes you work out a bit, so there is reason for this game to exist. Its like playing DuckHunt with a joystick.
Umm, do you even know how the game works? Please at least do some research before calling something "shit". It's not random generated music, the songs are popular songs that have reached at least 100.000 views (most of them have reached millions of view) and the charts are scripted just like guitar hero/dance dance revolution.
No dance pad? Yeah, try using that argument against the plethora of rhythm games that don't use a dance pad at all.

All musics in this game is composed by real people. This is not a random-generated music. Many of them are popular songs.
And this is a rhythm game. You press buttons according to the rhythm, not according to the screen.
Have you heard the hitsounds? It's hard to tell from those videos, but like half of that music simply wouldn't play if you don't hit the buttons. Also if that didn't have enough buttonsThat's the button press genre, not rhythm game
