Does anyone know where I can buy an ecfw ps vita? I would rather not wait 3+ years for another exploit....

NO WHERE
you NEED to have king of pool or Ben 10 AFVA installed on your vita
so the PSN account that works with the game must be LINKED to that vita
just keep an eye on http://wololo.net/
then when the game for the next exploit is named
BUY IT AND INSTALL IT on your vita ASAP
last year(2013) we had many exploits
if you REALLY want to play PSP back-ups and PSP homebrew, BUY A PSP and hack that

If you have a ps3 then you only have to wait until the games are back on the store. Provided you don't plan to update your vita when the next update comes out.
