After two months (if still not shipped, then that is really a problem), that is when you are sure you can launch a complaint.

Two months?? Are they shipping out on those horses back maybe? :lol: In this moment they claim "In Stock, Shipped out within 24 hours"...
And BTW this is NOT a good advice, as you should know after 45 days Paypal doesn't accept anymore any complaint...
Let me understand, are you in any way connected to nds-card? Maybe you could just advise them to start anwsering to their emails....

I pre-ordered and I know it was shipped, I received an email confirmation on monday and tracking number on tuesday. only problem is, the tracking doesn't work

As far as I know "shipped" could mean at least 2 things:

1) your package is sitting on your seller desk (maybe empty...) with your tracking and address label on it... of course no tracking information will appear on tracking website;
2) your package was actually delivered to the courier of your choice, and your number will be available soon on tracking site (to my experience to appear it usually takes 2-3 days for HK post, one day for express shipment).

In either case I don't think you can blame nds-card here, because you made a pre-order and you knew you had to wait... and wait...

You know, they send it out to be shipped in 24 hours, doesn't mean it will reach you in 24 hours.

Shipping, you know, loading the package on a ship and it sails across the ocean to you. (I'm not talking about air mail)
Plus, what if their warehouse is not near a port. Transportation time from post office to post office varies.

That's my primary consideration for the 2 months that I have mentioned

I'm sorry to say I did not know that.
To put it bluntly, I'm telling you that you'll probably receive it. You can make a complaint within 45 days if you want.
My point is don't make an additional purchase because in my opinion I feel that you have never really made online purchases and you're freaking out a bit.

I mean, wouldn't it be pointless if you receive 2 GW3DS. Do you even have 2 3DS to use them with?

Hahahah you ain't the only user who e-mails them. I too, e-mailed them to ask about my purchase.
They took a few days to reply, it's normal.

I mean, going by how some users are freaking out here, plus I'm sure newbies elsewhere are e-mailing them about stock at every other moment,
They're probably stumped out.

I used to work at a position where I receive over 100 e-mails daily.

Patience is a virtue, you know :)

A few customers paid for DHL fee. We are shipping by DHL very well within this year.
Just two customers paid for DHL, but we shipped by Hongkong Post airmail.
Here we are so sorry for the inconvenience and have refunded the dhl fee to them.
The case is: After we shipping to DHL company, DHL gave us a tracking number, so we told the number to our customers. But the second day, DHL told us again that the two customers' area is "remote area" and the remote area fee is high to $40(to europe total dhl fee is just $18). This means except the normal DHL fee $18, need customers pay $40 more. This is so expensive that we thought customer will not afford the remote area fee. In order to ship out immediately(that day is friday afternoon), so we shipped out by Hongkong Post airmail to them without their agreement. So there is some misunderstanding between you and us.
This is what we want to say.
Here we apologize again for our reckless.
About these two post airmail shipping, we will afford the loss in the transmit.
Business and trust is so difficult to make, you will not know that we have shipped thousands of orders correctly but you will feel distrust just for one fault from us.
We are working hard to make you satisfied and hope we can not let you down.
Again sorry for our self-assertion and thanks for understand.

Ok guys, I have some news about nds-card.com and my order. They sent me an e-mail about an hour ago. "Your area belongs to "Remote Area" by DHL, needs $40 more for the remote area fee, so we shipped your card by Hongkong Post airmail without your agreement, we will refund DHL fee $18 to you tomorrow because these days are weekends.
Sorry we did not tell us about this in time.
Don't worry about delivery, the average is about 14 days." So first things first. 1) Why do they say that Western Europe is 18$ by DHL? As far as I know my country is in Western Europe. 2) Even if it was a remote area, didn't they know it from the beginning? 3) Why did they sent me an e-mail that they sent me my order my DHL and gave me a tracking number as well? 4) How could they sent my product by registered mail without my approval? I know that they are not responsible for loses in transit and I don't like that, they could have just sent me the whole price that I paid and cancel the order and I would already search for another reseller.
At this point I have to clear one more thing. I'm not 15 years old to think that they can fool me around with such garbage. I work for my money and I take every purchase that I make under consideration. I know that you guys try to help and I appreciate that really. But let's try to make no excuses for them. I know that nds-card.com is a sponsor at this website, but let's try to be logical and judge by the facts that we have.

I posted my previous post before seeing that one. I don't want to be mean on anyone. I just want my product to arrive to me safely. If you will afford the loss in the trasmit then it's ok for me. But you have to understand that my concerns were made because of all this misunderstanding. Anyway I hope that everything goes well in the end.

I am sorry to say this but since the very beginning of pre-ordering Gateway cards, we have seen some shady practices by you.


1. I read an email that your customer support sent to a buyer telling them not to worry and that Gateway works on firmware 6.2

2. You are mentioning on your website that if a package is lost in transit, you should not be blamed for it and that you will not take responsibility for it.


Example:
A customer calls a pizza deliver: 1 pizza blah blah. My credit card blah blah.
Pizza dude: Right away sir. It will be there soon.
*30 minutes later*
Customer: I didn't get my pizza! I am hungry.
Pizza dude: LOL, the delivery boy ate it, sorry no refunds xD.


See? You doing that.


3. Why the heck you thought that it would be fine to ship an order via economy service without taking the approval from the customer when the customer had opted for express shipping? It's bait and switch and it's wrong.

Just what I feel guys, you should sort out some of your mistakes. If I were you, I would also refund the whole markup/profit I were making on the card to the disappointed buyer...

Hi, at last I was contacted by nds-card something 20 minutes after opening a Paypal dispute (what a coincidence!), I learnt from them that Italy is not in Western Europe, ops, better I live in a "Remote Area" :rofl:). You said exactly what I think regarding this story, I'm not able to say better (and I'm not talking about just what I am quoting here, also what vasalpa said). Also, I don't believe they already handed over our packages to post office or whatever (yes, that's what I call "shipped"!). I really hope to have ANY tracking number working for me in a couple of days timeframe, otherwise it will mean that they deceived me (again).

1.Gateway 3ds card can not work with 3ds v6.2. It can just work with 3ds v4.1-4.5. This is known. We could not tell our customer it can work with v6.2.

Because these two cards have little benefit and expensive cost. If it is lost, post will not compensate us. This means one loss needs us to sell ten cards. You know we have no capacity to afford this.

I don't mean to stretch this anymore but for your first point, I have this quote from post #1029 in this thread:

Hello guys! I ordered a couple of days ago a gateway from nds-card and I have to say that I am disappointed... I paid for the express delivery (DHL) and yesterday they sent me an email that they sent me their product through DHL with a tracking number. Today I received an email from them that it was sent via REGISTERED AIR MAIL and it will take 7-35 days!!! I don't know what happened but I sent them an email and I am waiting for the response. I don't know if I am unlucky but their service in general wasn't superb. There was an email where I asked them a completely different thing and they told me something else. Thanks." Of course I never asked them if it works with v6.2 (because I know that it doesn't but as you can see they say something different. I don't know guys I start not trusting these guys at all...

If we did not ship out, we are very happy to send by DHL if you agree to pay the dhl remote area fee.
About remote area, you may not know this clearly, DHL is relatively cheaper than ups or EMS or other express, but the area must be in general area, the remote area fee is very high. We sent many orders to Italy by DHL, but your address is in DHL remote area. This is very clearly as DHL told us. Italy is indeed in western europe. But not all of europe area are in DHL general area. If you don't believe us, you can contact your local DHL to confirm the remote area issue.
About we did not give you a reply in time, because these days are weekends, just our order confirmation colleague are working and she noticed one dispute from paypal and told our customer service. Then the customer service colleague temporarily sign in and contacted you to resolve the issue. Normally we will contact you tomorrow (monday) .

If you did not ship, as I said in my Paypal Dispute, I'd like to be fully reimbursed! And BTW, if actually you DID not ship (as I'm sure it is, you didn't ship yet!) and STILL don't want to give my money back, the least you could do is sending the card to me and to the other user (vasalpa) by DHL and paying by yourself for the extra cost! ASAP! That's what I'd call customer service!

Can someone tell me how they organize their roms? I have a bunch that I want to properly rename and index, kinda like how I do with NDSCrc, and even tho the guys who make the NDSCrc have made a 3DS version, I haven't had any luck getting it to work. I'm just curious because now that the GW is gaining momentum (and I have mine on order), I think there will be a big surge into the scene. Thanks in advance.

Yes that's right. And BTW nobody asked us if we'd like our goods to be shipped by registered mail, I don't trust my country's customs either. I either want a full refund or my goods shipped by DHL with the money we firstly agreed. Moreover I'm the one who posted about the e-mail in which they told me about v.6.2 although I had never asked for such a thing and I have the e-mail as a proof. If anyone wants I have print screen it and can show it to you. However I don't know how to add attachments :P
