Hacking anyway to transfer saves to restored 3DS?

My 3DS accidentally had the system memory formatted.
I can re download all of my downloads because the eshop was not affected however all of the save data form the SD card will no longer work.

I had backed up my SD card before the restore. Is there anyway to get the newly restored 3DSXL to be able use the backed up savs. The main games I want to restore the saves are Pokemon Dream Radar and the origional pokedex3d. Also any chance of getting back my letterbox contents?

I can not believe I lost all of my streetpass & mii data :cry:

I feel sorry for you, but you shouldn't have formatted it then.
And I'm also sorry to have to tell you, as far as I understand the format process and the saves they are not accesible to your 3DS any more. Maybe somebody will find a way some day, or I misunderstand something about the stuff.

if you did not use the new save back-up option and then back-up the sd card, the save are gone
