One of the great things about DS flashcards is chucking all your games onto it and pretty much never needing to take the flashcard out of the slot as a result. Another great feature is homebrew (& of course emulators). This does neither, so personally no, not interested.

Probably won't buy one, but I'm definitely interested in how it turns out. Unfortunately though it looks like the flash cart will only work on 4.5. 5.1 has been out for what, over three months? If they couldn't get it working then I doubt an update will come out that will magically allow it to work on later firmwares.

Even though I'm on firmware 4.2, I won't buy it because it costs too much, it can only hold 1 game per micro sd, and I barely even use my 3DS anyway.

The idea of having one game per SD card is a quite restrictive. With the cost of the cartridge, and tonnes of MicroSD cards, I don't see it being cost effective enough to mean anything.

No, I don't want a cart unless it can run homebrew. In fact I would be perfectly happy with a cart that only supported homebrew and not 3DS roms.

i just wait the clone one was can multiple ROM, and region lock. Mainly reason why i not care and buy this card because is still not release. for now i just waiting someone or gbatemp to review this card so i can decide is good or not, spam or not, expensive or not.

Requires a miro sd per game
Doesn't solve region lock problem
Doesn't work on anything over 4.5 (and I have a suspicious it never will at least not in the near future)
No clue what Nintendo will do about it

no because of gateway. they seem like a amateur team that got lucky, claimed lofty goals but are slow and struggling. I imagine with in a few months of this card coming out a good option from an experienced team will be available. props to gateway for finding the exploit to start 3ds backups but they should have teamed up with someone seasoned instead of taking it on by themselves.

Pretty sure you don't become the first team to create a commercial piracy device for a console by luck. They may be poor at english, sketchy, and slow, but you don't just stumble upon this sort of thing by luck. I do suspect that other teams are aware of the same exploit however, and probably didn't act upon it due to the hole being easily patchable.

However, I agree with everything else you said. They would have been better off working with a more experienced group.

3DS ROMs have been in the process of being dumped (i no grammarz today) for a while now. They're just not on all the popular sites because there's no real demand to download them.

I really want to see the games being loaded or AP fixed like the Wood always pulls through and does. I'm worried that even if I stay on a low firmware I might not be able to play future releases on it (if they require something in the updated firmware and the team doesn't workaround well). I don't care about the one game one slot thing but saves matter. There's gotta be a way to pull saves off and put them elsewhere.

For now I'm going to wait and if everything is going well I'll get one.
