TRAINERS - GENERIC
- Post-game "bosses" (gym leader rematches, Cynthia, Alder, Colress, N's seasonal teams, etc.) have level increases. See below for Hilbert/Hilda. I guess this could be done. I wanted to keep things "neat" but it's a bit difficult with the E4 as high as they are.
TRAINERS - GYM LEADERS & CHAMPIONS
- Kanto/Johto/Hoenn/Sinnoh Elite Four? (They have sprites in the ROM, I believe.) It's definitely a point, if I can find places for them in each place.
- Kanto/Johto/Sinnoh gym leaders battled in the same locations (different buildings) as the Hoenn leaders. Yeah.
-- Koga/Janine both battled in same building. There's no sprites for Koga in the game.
- Non-Unova leaders have full rosters in Challenge Mode. This is possible but significantly extra effort. I wouldn't count on it.
- Juan/Winona/T&L are reordered to Winona/T&L/Juan, to match the Emerald order. I did this deliberately because the gym leaders in the 6th and 8th cities are the same type. So not sure about reversing that one.
-- The eighth gym leaders (minus Blue/Wallace) are in Humilau City, while T&L's Route 22 spot is taken by Steven/Wallace/Blue, all battled separately. I wouldn't mind getting the champs in actually yeah, although that might be a little early.
- Option to battle Tate & Liza separately? Quite a bit of extra effort again, probably not likely.
- Red and Lance (battled separately) take the place of Steven/Wallace in Icirrus City. Maybe.
TRAINERS - OTHER
- Hugh's Eelektrik becomes an Eelektross before Lacunosa, instead of before Plasma Frigate. I mostly just did that to let you see Hugh with an Eelektrik rather than it changing into an Eelektross immediately. I dunno what to do with this one.
- Morimoto and Nishino have full rosters in Challenge Mode. Possible but a lot of extra, and probably unnecessary effort.
TRAINERS - HILBERT/HILDA
- Hilbert/Hilda are entirely level 100 in Normal Mode / 108 in Challenge Mode, instead of level 98/103. By the time you can fight them, the experience glitch doesn't matter since you're level 100 already. IIRC experience glitch is fixed in B2W2 anyway, but they don't go any higher than 105 in challenge mode. This is possible though, yes.
- They should have entirely separate teams, instead of sharing 3 team members. They shouldn't be copies of each other. I suppose so, not sure what I'd actually give them though.
- Neither of them should have Zoroark, since it was event-only in their game. Just a nitpick. Not sure what to think about this one.
- Finally, they should keep the legendary dragons they had in version 1.1, to keep them challenging. Yeah, they'll definitely have Reshiram/Zekrom.
- This is just a possibility, but can an alternate download be provided for male VW players / female BB players where their dragons are switched? (Download #1 is the four patches where Hilbert has Reshiram, download #2 is the four patches where Hilbert has Zekrom) Far too much effort to maintain, so this is highly unlikely
WILD POKEMON
- Since breeding isn't available until post-game, you should double-check to make sure every non-legendary is obtainable before the first round E4. I'm fairly sure this is the case anyway
- Unevolved Unova starters available earlier, so that someone who wants to use all three starters can actually do so. This is fair enough, I guess Nature Sanctuary is a bit late
- Phione available earlier. Since you don't consider it a legendary, it's pointless to delay its availability until post-game. Potentialy.
- Hidden Grotto legendaries ?
OTHER
- Can the Nature Preserve require a full National Pokedex (as seen) instead of Unova Pokedex? Might be possible but I'm unsure what the script command is
-- If so, you should add a way to see the legendaries without battling them, like you did in SG/SS.
- Vitamins buyable in shops. (Bugfix) Been done
- Breeders' teams set correctly. Been done
- King's Rock/Slowpoke bugfix needs to be applied. Been done
- Master Balls buyable? I'd prefer that wasn't the case
DOCUMENTATION
- No more Japanese names in the documentation, please. (BTW, the BW1 Victini event item is the "Liberty Pass" in English, not the "Liberty Ticket".) You might need to point these out to me as I can't remember what has and hasn't been changed
- Typo fix in Item and Trade Changes: "Yancey" should be "Yancy". Will fix
- Include a list of all trainer rosters in the game, similar to the one from BB/VW. This one's unlikely, I made the one for BB/VW to check stuff while I was making the trainers. Big maybe.
- Include a disclaimer in the Patches folder stating that Xdelta does not support non-alphanumeric characters in the file path. In addition, no folder name can contain a period. (This is why so many of us had problems patching.) This is a good one. Will do.
FINALLY
- Go back and add stationary legendaries and bugfixes to BB1/VW1, they should be easy to do while you're working on these. I can only do one thing at a time, my boy. Not sure if people care enough for it to be worth putting them back in though, that might be catering to a small minority. Also I thought I got rid of pretty much all the bugs in BB/VW?
