R4 cards generally don't work on 3DS. Use a DS Phat or DS Lite instead.

it doesn't let me play it on no$gba and i will not play on the slow ass desmume. plz fix the problem. I just want a challenge and if im going to play pokemon black 2 i better get a challenge

If the problem is bad emulation, then that's the emulator at fault (since this stuff runs on the physical system).

Try the latest versions of No$ (it updated recently) and Desmume (it's much faster now).

-- The eighth gym leaders (minus Blue/Wallace) are in Humilau City, while T&L's Route 22 spot is taken by Steven/Wallace/Blue, all battled separately. I wouldn't mind getting the champs in actually yeah, although that might be a little early.
- Option to battle Tate & Liza separately? Quite a bit of extra effort again, probably not likely.
- Red and Lance (battled separately) take the place of Steven/Wallace in Icirrus City. Maybe.

TRAINERS - OTHER

- Hugh's Eelektrik becomes an Eelektross before Lacunosa, instead of before Plasma Frigate. I mostly just did that to let you see Hugh with an Eelektrik rather than it changing into an Eelektross immediately. I dunno what to do with this one.
- Morimoto and Nishino have full rosters in Challenge Mode. Possible but a lot of extra, and probably unnecessary effort.

TRAINERS - HILBERT/HILDA

- Hilbert/Hilda are entirely level 100 in Normal Mode / 108 in Challenge Mode, instead of level 98/103. By the time you can fight them, the experience glitch doesn't matter since you're level 100 already. IIRC experience glitch is fixed in B2W2 anyway, but they don't go any higher than 105 in challenge mode. This is possible though, yes.
- They should have entirely separate teams, instead of sharing 3 team members. They shouldn't be copies of each other. I suppose so, not sure what I'd actually give them though.
- Neither of them should have Zoroark, since it was event-only in their game. Just a nitpick. Not sure what to think about this one.
- Finally, they should keep the legendary dragons they had in version 1.1, to keep them challenging. Yeah, they'll definitely have Reshiram/Zekrom.
- This is just a possibility, but can an alternate download be provided for male VW players / female BB players where their dragons are switched? (Download #1 is the four patches where Hilbert has Reshiram, download #2 is the four patches where Hilbert has Zekrom) Far too much effort to maintain, so this is highly unlikely

WILD POKEMON

- Since breeding isn't available until post-game, you should double-check to make sure every non-legendary is obtainable before the first round E4. I'm fairly sure this is the case anyway
- Unevolved Unova starters available earlier, so that someone who wants to use all three starters can actually do so. This is fair enough, I guess Nature Sanctuary is a bit late
- Phione available earlier. Since you don't consider it a legendary, it's pointless to delay its availability until post-game. Potentialy.
- Hidden Grotto legendaries ?

OTHER

- Can the Nature Preserve require a full National Pokedex (as seen) instead of Unova Pokedex? Might be possible but I'm unsure what the script command is
-- If so, you should add a way to see the legendaries without battling them, like you did in SG/SS.
- Vitamins buyable in shops. (Bugfix) Been done
- Breeders' teams set correctly. Been done
- King's Rock/Slowpoke bugfix needs to be applied. Been done
- Master Balls buyable? I'd prefer that wasn't the case

DOCUMENTATION

- No more Japanese names in the documentation, please. (BTW, the BW1 Victini event item is the "Liberty Pass" in English, not the "Liberty Ticket".) You might need to point these out to me as I can't remember what has and hasn't been changed
- Typo fix in Item and Trade Changes: "Yancey" should be "Yancy". Will fix
- Include a list of all trainer rosters in the game, similar to the one from BB/VW. This one's unlikely, I made the one for BB/VW to check stuff while I was making the trainers. Big maybe.
- Include a disclaimer in the Patches folder stating that Xdelta does not support non-alphanumeric characters in the file path. In addition, no folder name can contain a period. (This is why so many of us had problems patching.) This is a good one. Will do.

FINALLY
- Go back and add stationary legendaries and bugfixes to BB1/VW1, they should be easy to do while you're working on these. I can only do one thing at a time, my boy. Not sure if people care enough for it to be worth putting them back in though, that might be catering to a small minority. Also I thought I got rid of pretty much all the bugs in BB/VW?

I'm personally fine with the way the Hoenn GLs are right now but I do think it would be cool to add rematches for all those other NPCs outside the PWT or their respective battle areas. I also would not put legendaries in Hidden Grottoes, that's just way too much work to script and do. as for pkmn that are unavailable w/o breeding in the pre-game, i believe that cleffa and igglybuff were unavailable as well as the starters that you dont get from the harlequins. (though, that one's obvious) something should be changed about the flag for the Hoenn GLs though because you can battle them infinitely lol
just my two cents feel free to consider it as you wish (it is Dray's hack as some people may be forgetting) if you need any ideas on GL, Champion, Plasma, and other battle-able NPCs i'd be happy to provide some regarding their teams and placement.

So, I've patched games correctly in the past, but when I patch a clean White 2 (U) with VoltWhite2 and start the game on my Acekard2i, I get a white screen. The screen remains white and doesn't change over time. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

So i noticed that it is said on bugs and errors that the veteran doesn't appear, but why, and how can it be fixed? I have the hack because i can catch all legendaries and now i can't x___________x I found a fix by using a code but is there any way to fix the problem without using the code that fixes it?? xD my computer got f##### up and i cant install the fixing code in my r4 T-T i need to fix it only on the r4, maybe delete save game or do something before catching Kyurem x___x i really want to catch the legendaries

The only way now is to edit usercheat.dat using r4CCE and add the code. Or, you can wait the next update from Drayano.

You can get N's Zorua same as the original story, by talking to Former Team Plazma Rood in Driftveil Town.

As for Frozen and Wooden Ore, I think I got one of them or both and I'm still in Route 6. So, yes, you can get them.

Hey sorry if this has already been asked but i just started a new save and i started already with 3 trophies and 2 things saying i completed the unova and national pokedex, and on the house there is bianca, the mother and the real mother o_o and outside on the first city there is 2 mothers on the streets .____. is there a fix??? why do i have all trophies and certificates if i just started the game? ._.

That's a screwup on your end. Either you messed up with some codes, messed up the patching, got a bad rom, or all 3
