Currently 3DS ROMs top out at 4GB, so there's no reason FAT32 couldn't be used. That said they could just as well go with exFAT. It's well supported on all current OSes, and it's not as if they're going to go legit and pay royalties on such a device.what if it doesn't support FAT32?!?!
