european (gaming) forums?

i'm looking for the biggest as possible european based gaming forums, where they speak English. I can do a bit of dutch too, but english would be ideal. reason it should be european (or from one of the countries that lie there) is that it should use EUR, instead of USD.
EUR is much more worth than USD

it can be about gaming or technology, doesn't have to be. a trading/selling forum is much appreciated, that's what I'll use it for. ty

Generally speaking the need for a dedicated forum for European computer gaming has not arisen so most will still be done on global level (or where global means English speaking world plus a bit of mainland Europe). You will occasionally get a publisher/developer specific thing, maybe the forums of a magazine or something on [insert social network of choice] but realistically it all goes over the main sites (gamefaqs, ign, whatever gamespot is doing these days, [insert list of popular games based magazines/review sites], possibly steam's stuff, possibly something like neogaf). eurogamer.net comes close to being such a thing but nowadays they are largely worldwide focused as well.

Trading is usually an activity in and of itself and they tend to go by country, not to mention "Europe" is not a single entity as far as game/game related trading goes (many days I will be posting 360 releases and they have some 4 versions of all sorts of language splits across Europe for instance) not to mention distance selling/regulation gets tricky so most sites are limited to a single country and maybe its neighbours and territories if they do well. On top of that there is no reason such activities can not be done on conventional trading platforms (ebay, amazon, gumtree...)... so they often are.

CW-Games is mostly Europe-orientated, with lots of international speakers.
However, we don't allow selling stuff, it's pointless, because nobody will buy anyway.

Alternatively, you could give AssemblerGames a try, although they aren't Europe-based, but they do allow selling stuff, either to your own country, to your own continent, or to anywhere, and they have lots of European users too.

worldwide isn't a bad idea, I just like EUR more because EUR is worth more than USD.
shipping isn't really a problem since it's about digital copies of games.

i'm checking out that gumtree thingy, I don't know if they'll allow foreign ads though. I can technically say I'm in London, since all the recipient needs is internet.

It is on topic, and if you actually state what you're selling then people may be able to help more. Deliberately concealing your purpose and items being sold implies something nefarious may be going on and that you're just looking for a large pool of people to scam.

There are many problems with European forums, that's why they don't exist.
First, they are small like everything else in Europe.
Second problem is they operate in Meters and Kilometers and all that nonsense.
The third problem is that they always talk about the past and not the future.
And many other problems. That's why they don't exist.

I'm selling steam games, so only PC related, and I want to sell them to people over the world. but especially EUR people, because I make a bit more profit then (EUR >>> USD)
my biggest problem atm is finding people who want a specific game! it's so hard to find people, not a lot of sites allow my business simply because they don't get it and are wary of the legality of it. It's perfectly legal but they just won't listen and ban/close my topic.

just forums located in Europe, that allow trading selling. It can be a french forum for all I care, just European forum where they speak English.
