The key it gave me was already in use according to steam.
Or is there anything one can do about that? I mean, you'd think that the PA site wouldn't give out the same key twice, right?

It appears the site doesn't check for whether or not it has already given a key to a certain IP... or it has noticed that the last key it gave me was already in use?
Anyway, guess I saved ~3€ now.

Managed to receive one.. I went to the page (The one in the actual quote), not the one Volt linked, although they're the exact same. First time the server was down, and the second time it worked. When you enter in a captcha, it just gives another, so what you do is enter in one correctly, then click the 'Retrieve Code' button like 40 times, and it will say 'Hey, you're not a human!' or something. Among the 25 or so of them was the 'Ok, here's your code: '. First time I tried it, the code was already used, the second time it worked.
If one of them doesn't say it, then just try again and enter a few of the codes correctly.
When I did it, there were two that it showed. I only need the one, so try it to see if it works I suppose: 9EGM9-CGH9X-R9HVJ

it gave me an already used code a bunch of no codes but finally a good one, if you really want it keep trying it might work.
it took me 10 tries to get the code. cap system thing is broken.
Edit. took 4 different codes to get the game. maybe this whole thing is a scam?
