It better be some sort of Mini-Series and not a show that's going to run for 10 years. Monster was amazing but if they're going to turn it into a TV show it has to be done right. Making it a yearly thing is going to ruin the story.
I got through about half way of Monster, then I quit. It was enjoyable, but not really that mindblowing and addictive.
This however will appeal more to me, HBO is a great great company and I really enjoy some of their stuff.
