Please tell me you're kidding. Even if that was a joke I'd just like to say that this kind of opinion is what blurs the line between 'homebrew' and 'piracy' in the Media's eye.
Myself I'll be using it to play back-ups of games I own, yes. (after all who enjoys lugging around a big case with all their valuable games in?) And for maybe 'extended demos' under the 24 rule. But mostly for me as the same for everyone else I'm just waiting to see what kind of emulators come out of this and if we can do other cool stuff with it too.
Only time will tell.
Out of everyone I know personally, I am the only one that makes backups of my own games. The PSP could either be done by setting the USB device to the UMD drive, or Load ISO & backup a game directly onto the memory stick.
The DS was a little more tricky, as the DSi/XL and 3DS/XL have the Slot-1 power being cut off when ejecting a DS cartridge in-game. The DS line of games required either an original DS or a DS Lite, then one of two options; make a backup with a Slot-1 card and a Slot-2 card, or using the Wifi/FTP method. I could only get the Slot-1 + Slot-2 method to work properly, but IT IS NOT THAT HARD!!!!

This part is aimed at SaddQ and others like him/her/it,
not you kilikman.

People are just lazy and cheap, like that SaddQ jackass. Also, he better not give the usual excuses to justify himself...........
My favorites:
1) "Imma poor dude, so I cannot pay 4 dem gaems." (You can afford a nearly $200 system, but not a used copy of a game for $20-$35.....)
2) "Well, I don't like the developer(s)." (Yet they will spend time to pirate the games...)
3) "They don't deserve my money!!!1!!1!11!!" (You don't deserve the game. How about that???)
4) "I just want to try the game / 24 hour trial." (It has been a few weeks now, so......)
