Seriously, people have already answered your questions many times. Your PS3 needs to be hacked. It involves using one of the hardware flasher to downgrade your PS3 then install hacked firmware. This of course, assumes your PS3 is bought before April 2011. Any PS3 made after April 2011 cannot be hacked at all.
If the stuff you have downloaded is not from Sony, it can only be installed on hacked PS3, period.
